Kada nastupi su\u0161ni period, uloga akumulacija i sigurnosti snabdevanja vodom postaje izuzetno va\u017ena. Pri visokim temperaturama, iz akumulacija ispari velika koli\u010dina vode. Rezultati istra\u017eivanja ura\u0111enog na akumulaciji Pasauna u Brazilu pokazali su da fotonaponski paneli postavljeni na povr\u0161ini jezera mogu da smanje isparenje do \u010dak 60 procenata.<\/h2>\n<p>Akumulacija Pasauna u dr\u017eavi Parana nastala je pregra\u0111ivanjem istoimene reke 1990. godine. Zauzima 8,5 kvadratnih kilometara, a prose\u010dna dubina je 6,5 metara. Ukupna zapremina jezera iznosi 69,3 miliona kubnih metara. Ova akumulacija snabdeva 20 odsto obli\u017enjih gradova Kuritiba, Araukarija i Kampo Largo.<\/p>\n<p>Na Pasauni je 2019. godine instaliran mali plutaju\u0107i fotonaponski sistem. Kapacitet mu je 130 kilovata. Na platformi od 1.265 kvadratnih metara, dakle veoma maloj povr\u0161ini u pore\u0111enju sa celim jezerom, nalazi se 396 solarnih modula. Ti modularni ure\u0111aji mogu se lako ukloniti ili dodati, a postoji i mogu\u0107nost pro\u0161irenja.<\/p>\n<h3>Zaklju\u010dci istra\u017eivanja<\/h3>\n<p>Nau\u010dnici sa Dr\u017eavnog univerziteta u Ponta Grosi u Brazilu i Univerziteta Luizijana u Sjedinjenim Dr\u017eavama zajedni\u010dki su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/1996-1073\/15\/17\/6274\">istra\u017eivali uticaj plutaju\u0107ih solarnih panela<\/a> na brzinu isparavanja vode iz akumulacija vode. Koristili su Penmam-Monteitovu metodu, koju je preporu\u010dila Organizacija Ujedinjenih nacija za hranu i poljoprivredu (FAO).<\/p>\n<p>Otkrili su da je za godinu dana isparilo 4,47 miliona kubika. Ta koli\u010dina odgovara 10,4 odsto lokalne potro\u0161nje vode. Isparavanje je, o\u010dekivano, bilo najve\u0107e tokom leta i prole\u0107a.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Pove\u0107anje snage plutaju\u0107e solarne elektrane na pet megavata bio bi dovoljno da se spre\u010di isparavanje vode za snabdevanje 196 ljudi<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Kad bi se plutaju\u0107i fotonaponski sistem pro\u0161irio na pet megavata, spre\u010dio bi isparavanje vode dovoljne za snabdevanje 196 ljudi godi\u0161nje. Takvo postrojenje bi zadovoljilo potra\u017enju 2.564 stanovnika za elektri\u010dnom energijom.<\/p>\n<p>Kada bi paneli pokrivali celu povr\u0161inu akumulacije Pasauna, koli\u010dina u\u0161te\u0111ene vode mogla bi dosti\u0107i 2,69 miliona kubika godi\u0161nje, \u0161to je dovoljno za snabdevanje 35.262 ljudi.<\/p>\n<h3>Problemi<\/h3>\n<p>Autori studije su, pozivaju\u0107i se na neke nau\u010dne radove, naveli da plutaju\u0107i fotonaponski sistemi pozitivno uti\u010du na kvalitet vode usled ograni\u010davanja rasta algi. Me\u0111utim, tu tvrdnju treba uzeti sa rezervom.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/slovenija-spremila-zakon-o-lokacijama-za-solarne-parkove-vetroelektrane\/\">Postoje naznake<\/a> da nedostatak sun\u010deve svetlosti podsti\u010de razmno\u017eavanje toksi\u010dnih algi i smanjuje koli\u010dinu kiseonika u dubljim slojevima vode te da to \u0161teti flori i fauni i uti\u010de na dinamiku ugljenika. To implicira da pokrivenost mora da se ograni\u010di.<\/p>\n<p>Neke studije su ukazale na rizike od kontaminacije iz materijala od kojih su sa\u010dinjeni fotonaponski paneli i od uticaja elektromagnetnog polja oko kablova. Kako se za izgradnju i odr\u017eavanje koriste plovila, mogu\u0107a su i izlivanja hemikalija.<\/p>\n<p>Zbog svega navedenog, <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/profine-energy-pushes-ahead-with-floating-solar-power-project-in-bulgaria\/\">gra\u0111ani Bugarske<\/a> se bune protiv plana izgradnje velike plutaju\u0107e solarne elektrane na ve\u0161ta\u010dkom jezeru Ogosta na severozapadu zemlje. Oni su izrazili bojazan da \u0107e postrojenje snage 500 megavata do 1,5 gigavata na\u0161tetiti ekosistemu i li\u0161iti ih osnovnih prihoda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Po
