WindEurope o\u010dekuje da \u0107e se do 2025. koli\u010dina otpada samo od elisa popeti na 25.000 tona godi\u0161nje. Danska kompanija <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vestas.com\/en\/media\/company-news\/2023\/vestas-unveils-circularity-solution-to-end-landfill-for-c3710818\">Vestas<\/a> je objavila da je razvila hemijski proces kojim \u0107e u potpunosti mo\u0107i da se recikliraju postoje\u0107e elise.<\/h2>\n<p>&#8222;Sada mo\u017eemo gledati stare elise na bazi epoksida kao na izvor sirovog materijala. Kada se ova nova tehnologija implementira u velikom obimu, materijal iz starih lopatica koji se trenutno nalazi na deponijama, kao i materijal iz lopatica u aktivnim vetroelektranama mo\u017ee se rastaviti i ponovo koristiti&#8220;, rekla je Lisa Ekstrand, potpredsednica Vestasa i \u0161efica sektora odr\u017eivosti u kompaniji.<\/p>\n<p>Materijali dobijeni recikla\u017eom elisa bi tako mogli da se upotrebe za proizvodnju novih, isti\u010du u kompaniji.<\/p>\n<p>Lopatice vetroturbina su sastavljene od kompozitnih materijala. Sastoje se od plasti\u010dne matrice i kombinacije vlakana, obi\u010dno staklenih ili ugljeni\u010dnih, koje oja\u010davaju odnosno armiraju strukturu. Izazov recikla\u017ee nastaje zbog epoksi smole. To je elasti\u010dna supstanca specifi\u010dnih hemijskih svojstava, za koju se verovalo da ju je nemogu\u0107e razgraditi na komponente koje se mogu ponovo koristiti.<\/p>\n<p>Do 85 posto turbine mo\u017ee da se reciklira. Turbina od 4,2 megavata sadr\u017ei otprilike 50 tona nemetalnih materijala poput premaza, kompozita (staklenih i karbonskih vlakana i epoksidne smole), lepka i gume. Postavlja se pitanje \u0161ta raditi sa postoje\u0107im elisama, koje ne mogu u potpunosti da se recikliraju.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eOdr\u017eivost u svemu \u0161to radimo\u201c strategija je koju je Vestas usvojio 2020. godine sa ciljem da dostigne proizvodnju sa nula otpada. Ideja je da o\u010duva materijal i resurse putem odgovorne proizvodnje i potro\u0161nje (uklju\u010duju\u0107i recikliranje, ponovnu upotrebu i izdvajanje sirovina), bez spaljivanja ili odlaganja na deponije. Zadatak je da najkasnije 2040. turbine postanu potpuno reciklabilne.<\/p>\n<p>Me\u0111utim, Vestas je objavio da je ve\u0107 na\u0161ao re\u0161enje u vidu hemijskog procesa koji mo\u017ee u potpunosti da reciklira postoje\u0107e elise. Tehnologija je razvijena u saradnji sa Univerzitetom Arhus, Danskim tehnolo\u0161kim institutom i Olinom, globalnim proizvo\u0111a\u010dem epoksida.<\/p>\n<p>Odr\u017eivi lanac vrednosti obuhvata\u0107e sve segmente od prikupljanja starih turbina preko razdvajanja kompozitnih materijala do ponovne proizvodnje sinteti\u010dke smole koja \u0107e se opet koristiti za proizvodnju
