Koriste\u0107i zvani\u010dne podatke i metodologiju, NEA prenosi kakav je kvalitet vazduha bio pro\u0161le godine u Srbiji. Ta\u010dnije, koliko je gde bio zaga\u0111en, budu\u0107i da je stanje uznemiravaju\u0107e prakti\u010dno svuda gde se obavljaju merenja. Agencija za za\u0161titu \u017eivotne sredine (SEPA) je izve\u0161taj za 2021. godinu objavila tek u novembru.<\/h2>\n<p>U\u017eice se 2022. popelo na prvo mesto u Srbiji po prekora\u010denju dnevnih grani\u010dnih vrednosti mikroskopske pra\u0161ine tipa PM10 u vazduhu. To se desilo \u010dak 160 puta, a dozvoljeno je da se srednji nivo od 50 mikrograma po kubnom metru prema\u0161i 35 puta godi\u0161nje. U ovom gradu je bila i najvi\u0161a srednja godi\u0161nja koncentracija, 60,9 mikrograma, u pore\u0111enju s limitom od 40 mikrograma po kubiku za ove \u010destice, koje su veli\u010dine do 10 mikrometara.<\/p>\n<p>Podatke je objedinila Nacionalna ekolo\u0161ka asocijacija \u2013 NEA, koja je 1. januara, <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/novi-pazar-bor-valjevo-po-podacima-za-2021-imaju-najzagadjeniji-vazduh-u-srbiji\/\">kao i pro\u0161le godine,<\/a> objavila <a href=\"https:\/\/nea.rs\/index.php\/2023\/01\/01\/nacionalna-ekoloska-asocijacija-predstavlja-izvestaj-vazduh-2022\/\">godi\u0161nji izve\u0161taj<\/a> koriste\u0107i o\u010ditavanja sa dr\u017eavnih stanica za merenje kvaliteta vazduha. One se mogu pratiti na aplikaciji xEco vazduh, tako\u0111e uz podatke sa mre\u017ee analizatora u vlasni\u0161tvu gra\u0111ana.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>U U\u017eicu je dnevnih prekora\u010denja bilo \u010detiri i po puta vi\u0161e od broja koji se formalno toleri\u0161e<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>U\u017eice je 2021. imalo 78 dana prekora\u010denja i srednju godi\u0161nju koncentraciju od 37,1 mikrograma, ali podaci sa dr\u017eavne stanice nisu stizali ukupno 52 dana. U izve\u0161taju Agencije za za\u0161titu \u017eivotne sredine, <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/tri-kljucne-reci-o-stanju-kvaliteta-vazduha-u-srbiji-2021-katastrofa-istina-i-odgovornost\/\">koji je iza\u0161ao tek u novembru,<\/a> stoji 83 dana i 39 mikrograma PM10 po kubiku sa raspolo\u017eivo\u0161\u0107u podataka od 97%.<\/p>\n<p>NEA je istakla da gra\u0111anski\u201c ure\u0111aji zapravo detektuju ni\u017ee srednje vrednosti koncentracija PM2.5 i PM10 na godi\u0161njem nivou. U asocijaciji ka\u017eu da svojom stru\u010dnom analizom za 2022. \u017eele da pomognu &#8222;donosiocima odluka da ne izgube vi\u0161e ni jedan dan u sprovo\u0111enju zakonskih obaveza za\u0161tite javnog zdravlja od aerozaga\u0111enja&#8220;. Ina\u010de, u Srbiji je <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/prva-tri-dana-2023-u-skoro-celoj-srbiji-zagadenost-vazduha-veca-od-dozvoljene\/\">prve dane 2023. godine<\/a> obele\u017eila epizoda visoke zaga\u0111enosti vazduha.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_54819\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-54819\" style=\"width: 840px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-54819 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/NEA-840x116.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"840\" height=\"116\" srcset=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/NEA-840x116.jpg 840w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/NEA-500x69.jpg 500w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/NEA-768x106.jpg 768w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/NEA-300x42.jpg 300w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/NEA.jpg 881w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 840px) 100vw, 840px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-54819\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Srednje godi\u0161nje koncentracije PM2.5 i PM10 na svim dr\u017eavnim i gra\u0111anskim senzorima sa vi\u0161e od 75% raspolo\u017eivih podataka u toku 2022. godine<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Popovac, Valjevo, Novi Pazar ostali u vrhu liste<\/h3>\n<p>U izve\u0161taju je objavljen spisak mernih mesta s prekora\u010denjem grani\u010dnih dnevnih vrednosti za PM10. Za U\u017eicem su Popovac (146), Valjevo (144) i Novi Pazar (141).<\/p>\n<p>Na petoj poziciji je ta\u010dka Smederevo Radinac, sa 128 dana u crvenom, a sledi stanica Beograd Zemun To\u0161in bunar, gde je dozvoljena koncentracija ove zaga\u0111uju\u0107e materije prema\u0161ena 105 puta na dnevnom nivou. To je najgori rezultat u glavnom gradu, mada su o\u010ditavanja zabrinjavaju\u0107a na jo\u0161 tri stanice koje su uklju\u010dene pre nekoliko meseci.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>U Beogradu je 2022. situacija bila najgora oko mernog mesta Zemun To\u0161in bunar<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Iznad stotke su jo\u0161 Pirot (102 dana) i Kosjeri\u0107 (101). Radi pore\u0111enja, spisak iz 2021. godine su predvodili Novi Pazar i Valjevo. U vrhu liste koju je sastavila NEA bili su jo\u0161 Popovac i Kosjeri\u0107, a kod agencije SEPA Kraljevo, Beograd Vin\u010da i Smederevo Ralja.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de grani\u010dne vrednosti za srednju godi\u0161nju koncentraciju PM10, prekora\u010dena je, osim U\u017eica, u Valjevu (50,8 mikrograma po kubnom metru), Popovcu (49,2), Novom Pazaru (48,4), Smederevu \u2013 Radinac (46,5), Beogradu \u2013 Zemun To\u0161in Bunar (44,4), Velikim Crljenima (40,9) i Pan\u010devu \u2013 Vojlovica (40,8), saop\u0161tila je NEA.<\/p>\n<p>Grani\u010dna vrednost za srednju godi\u0161nju koncentraciju suspendovanih \u010destica PM2.5, koja iznosi 25 mikrograma, prema\u0161ena je u Novom Pazaru, U\u017eicu, Valjevu, Smederevu, Pirotu, Lazarevcu, \u010ca\u010dku, Kosjeri\u0107u i Ni\u0161u.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_54828\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-54828\" style=\"width: 321px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-54828 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/NEA-Gradovi.jpg\" alt=\"NEA Gradovi\" width=\"321\" height=\"505\" srcset=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/NEA-Gradovi.jpg 321w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/NEA-Gradovi-191x300.jpg 191w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 321px) 100vw, 321px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-54828\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: Broj dana sa prekora\u010denjem srednjih dnevnih grani\u010dnih koncentracija PM10 u 2022. godini (NEA)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Dr\u017eavna mre\u017ea pokriva samo 12 od 29 gradova sa preko 50.000 stanovnika<\/h3>\n<p>&#8222;Ukoliko bi se u analizi ravnopravno koristili i podaci iz gra\u0111anskog monitoringa (sa vi\u0161e od 75 odsto vremenske obezbe\u0111enosti), mogli bismo da zaklju\u010dimo da je do neke vrste prekora\u010denja (srednje godi\u0161nje koncentracije PM2.5 ili PM10, odnosno trajanje prekora\u010denja dnevnih<br \/>\ngrani\u010dnih vrednosti za PM10) do\u0161lo i u slede\u0107im mestima: Zaje\u010dar, Gornji Milanovac, Negotin, \u0160abac, Tutin, Grocka, Loznica, Kraljevo, Lapovo, Obrenovac, Knja\u017eevac, Kovin, Novi Sad, Jagodina, Senta, Priboj, Zrenjanin, Kova\u010dica, Vr\u0161ac, Barajevo, Kikinda, Kragujevac i Apatin. Naravno, ovde su navedene samo lokacije u kojima ima merenja, uz napomenu da dr\u017eavni monitoring u kontekstu pra\u0107enja koncentracija PM \u010destica u realnom vremenu i dalje pokriva samo 12 od 29 gradova sa preko 50.000 stanovnika, te da oko 20% stanovnika u zemlji \u017eivi u op\u0161tinama (oko 78 op\u0161tina) u kojima nema nikakvog monitoringa kvaliteta vazduha&#8220;, saop\u0161teno je.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Sadr\u017eaj te\u0161kih metala, policikli\u010dnih aromati\u010dnih ugljovodonika (PAH-ova) i drugih \u0161tetnih materija jo\u0161 ne ulazi u zvani\u010dnu ocenu kvaliteta vazduha<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Kao i prethodne godine, zaga\u0111enost vazduha je prekomerna prakti\u010dno svuda gde se meri, sude\u0107i po o\u010ditavanjima sa novih stanica.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/zijin-obecao-pustanje-u-rad-postrojenja-koje-ce-drasticno-smanjiti-zagadenje-vazduha-u-boru\/\">Vazduh<\/a> u <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/bor-reda-rekorde-u-zagadenosti-vazduha-sumpor-dioksidom\/\">Boru<\/a> je zaga\u0111en sumpor-dioksidom, budu\u0107i da je do\u0161lo do 39 prekora\u010denja broja srednjih \u010dasovnih koncentracija, a formalno se toleri\u0161e 24. Pritom topionica bakra ne radi jo\u0161 od maja, isti\u010de NEA.<\/p>\n<p>Kopaonik, Kameni\u010dki vis i Kragujevac su imali prekora\u010denja srednjih dnevnih koncentracija prizemnog ozona (O3).<\/p>\n<h3>Dr\u017eava da preuzme odgovornost za unapre\u0111enje kvaliteta vazduha u najzaga\u0111enijim sredinama<\/h3>\n<p>U izve\u0161taju Instituta za zdravstvene efekte iz septembra stoji da u Srbiji pre vremena, usled dugogodi\u0161nje izlo\u017eenosti zaga\u0111enom vazduhu, premine 12.700 ljudi godi\u0161nje, istaknuto je u dokumentu Vazduh 2022, kojeg je upravo izdala NEA. Asocijacija je podsetila da je u septembru Vladi Srbije i nadle\u017enom ministarstvu predlo\u017eila izmene Zakona o za\u0161titi vazduha.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Pogre\u0161no je u istu kategoriju svrstati gradove gde je broj dana sa prekora\u010denjem srednje dnevne koncentracije PM10 bio 36 sa onima gde je bilo 150 takvih slu\u010dajeva, nagla\u0161ava NEA<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Izme\u0111u ostalog, zatra\u017eeno je da se umesto samo dve kategorije kvaliteta vazduha, koliko ih efektno u ovom trenutku postoji, uvede barem pet. Za gradove koji pripadaju \u010detvrtoj i petoj kategoriji, koordinaciju bi preuzela republika, stru\u010dno i finansijski, poru\u010duje NEA, uz obrazlo\u017eenje da manje op\u0161tine i gradovi nemaju kapaciteta. Pogre\u0161no je u istu kategoriju svrstati gradove gde je broj dana sa prekora\u010denjem srednje dnevne koncentracije PM10 bio 36 sa onima gde je bilo 150 takvih slu\u010dajeva, nagla\u0161eno je u izve\u0161taju.<\/p>\n<p>Asocijacija je predlo\u017eila da se u parametre kvaliteta vazduha uvede sadr\u017eaj te\u0161kih metala, policikli\u010dnih aromati\u010dnih ugljovodonika (PAH-ova) i drugih materija. Na primer, u Boru su koncentracije arsena i preko 50 puta ve\u0107e od dozvoljenih, \u0161to nikada nije ulazilo u ocenu, napominje NEA.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>U\u017eice
