Dok je za produ\u017eenje rada postojec\u0301ih reaktora potrebno izme\u0111u 45 i 50 milijardi evra dodatnih ulaganja.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Za odr\u017eavanje trenutnih proizvodnih kapaciteta i za zamenu reaktora bic\u0301e potrebno izme\u0111u 350 i 450 milijardi evra<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sve ovo predstavlja izuzetno velik nivo ulaganja, navela je komesarka i dodala da je finansiranje klju\u010dno da se proizvodnja nuklearne energije u\u010dini konkurentnom drugim izvorima.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Finansiranje \u0107e igrati klju\u010dnu ulogu u tome da proizvodnja nuklearne energije postane konkurentna opcija<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Investicije su neophodne, ina\u010de bi vec\u0301ina nuklearnih elektrana koje trenutno rade u EU morala da se zatvori 2030-ih. U narednoj deceniji nuklearna energija \u0107e imati poseban zna\u010daj, kako bi se obezbedilo stabilno snabdevanje elektri\u010dnom energijom u vreme dok Evropa postepeno prelazi na obnovljive izvore, rekla je komesarka EU.<\/p>\n<h3>Nuklearna energija za energetsku bezbednost<\/h3>\n<p>EU je u narednim decenijama potreban stabilan proizvodni kapacitet, na nivou od ne\u0161to vi\u0161e od 100 gigavata kapaciteta. Trenutno su tri energetska reaktorska bloka u izgradnji i uskoro bi trebalo da budu pu\u0161teni u rad, napominje Simson. U toku su projekti za izgradnju jo\u0161 \u0161est reaktorskih blokova, dok u narednim decenijama, <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/makron-francuska-ne-moze-da-se-oslanja-iskljucivo-ni-na-obnovljive-ni-na-nuklearke\/\">sedam<\/a> dr\u017eava \u010dlanica <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/francuska-se-oslanja-na-nuklearnu-energiju-i-najavljuje-izgradnju-14-reaktora\/\">planira izgradnju<\/a> oko 20 nuklearnih reaktora u EU.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Sedam dr\u017eava \u010dlanica ima planove za izgradnju oko 20 nuklearnih reaktora<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Simson je istakla da je va\u017eno smanjiti zavisnost od Rusije u pogledu nuklearne energije. Pojedini reaktori koji su trenutno operativni u EU koriste rusko nuklearno gorivo, a odr\u017eavanje nekih postrojenja tako\u0111e zavise od ruskih zaliha.<\/p>\n<p>Jo\u0161 uvek se nalazimo u situaciji u kojoj imamo kriti\u010dnu zavisnost od Rusije u snabdevanju nuklearnim gorivom, <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/madjarska-sa-rusima-pocinje-izgradnju-nuklearke-paks-ii\/\">u reaktorima ruskog dizajna<\/a> koji rade u pet na\u0161ih dr\u017eava \u010dlanica, izjavila je evropska komesarka za energetiku.<\/p>\n<h3>Javne i privatne investicije<\/h3>\n<p>Evropska komesarka za energetiku je istakla da bi dr\u017eavne investicije u nuklearnu energiju mogle pogurati ulaganja u nuklearnu energiju. Ove investicije su pravi signali da se mobili\u0161e i podstaknu ulaganja privatnog sektora u nuklearnu energiju.<\/p>\n<p>Zato je <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/evropska-komisija-prelomila-gas-i-nuklearna-energija-medju-zelenim-investicijama\/\">delegirani akt EU o taksonomiji,<\/a> koji uklju\u010duje nuklearne aktivnosti toliko va\u017ean. Nova taksonomija EU stupic\u0301e na snagu u januaru 2023. To c\u0301e pomoc\u0301i industriji da unapredi bezbednost i efikasnost na lokacijama i izgradi nove reaktore sa najnaprednijim tehnologijama, istakla je Simson.<\/p>\n<p>U kombinaciji sa drugim izvorima energije, uklju\u010dujuc\u0301i obnovljive, nuklearna energija mogla bi da dovede do jo\u0161 vec\u0301eg povec\u0301anja efikasnosti, pobolj\u0161anja stabilnosti mre\u017ee i sigurnosti snabdevanja. Ali nuklearna energija tako\u0111e mo\u017ee dati veliki doprinos daljoj elektrifikaciji, proizvodnji vodonika i proizvodnji toplote za zgrade i industriju, rekla je Simson.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Nuklearne tehnologije SMR mogle bi biti re\u0161enje za integraciju energetskog sistema i dekarbonizaciju sektora energetike<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Nove nuklearne tehnologije, poput <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/mali-modularni-reaktori-stvaraju-daleko-vise-nuklearnog-otpada-nego-konvencionalni-studija\/\">malih modularnih reaktora<\/a> (SMR), mogle bi da postanu re\u0161enje za integraciju energetskog sistema i dekarbonizaciju sektora energetike koji predstavljaju najvec\u0301i izazov, napomenula je Simson.<\/p>\n<p>Prvi evropski SMR-ovi bi trebalo da po\u010dnu sa radom po\u010detkom naredne decenije.
