Novi kompleks pod imenom Berlin TXL u potpunosti \u0107e primeniti zelena i odr\u017eiva urbana re\u0161enja, koja projektanti vide kao model modernog naselja za 21. vek.<\/h2>\n<p>Nakon zatvaranja me\u0111unarodnog aerodroma Tegel pro\u0161le godine zapo\u010deti su radovi na projektu Berlin TXL. Na povr\u0161ini od 500 hektara gradi\u0107e se kompleks koji se sastoji od istra\u017eiva\u010dkog i industrijskog parka za urbane tehnologije Urban Teh Ripablik (Urban Tech Republic, eng.), nove stambene \u010detvrti \u0160umaherov kvart (Schumacher Quartier, de.) sa pet hiljada stanova i\u00a0 30 hektara igrali\u0161ta i zelenih povr\u0161ina.<\/p>\n<p>Idejni tvorci kompleksa Berlin TXL u svom promi\u0161ljanju novog modela grada za 21. vek nisu zaboravili ni komponentu biodiverziteta, pa \u0107e\u00a0 ovo naselje biti dom za 14 retkih vrsta, uklju\u010duju\u0107i slepe mi\u0161eve i skakavce.<\/p>\n<p>Delovi infrastrukture aerodroma bi\u0107e ponovo iskori\u0161\u0107eni, poput starih terminala koji se pretvaraju u komercijalni prostor za istra\u017eiva\u010dki rad i kancelarije za startapove.<\/p>\n<p>Prema projektu, kompleks \u0107e samostalno proizvoditi elektri\u010dnu energiju iz obnovljivih izvora energije, dok \u0107e toplotnu energiju dobijati iz obli\u017enjih komercijalnih zgrada.<\/p>\n<h3>Inovacioni park bi\u0107e deo Berlin TXL<\/h3>\n<p>Urban Teh Park je jedinstveni projekat u Evropi koji ima za cilj da podr\u017ei razvoj Berlina, kao mesto gde se nauka i istra\u017eiva\u010dki rad susre\u0107e sa industrijom i preduze\u0107ima i gde se radi na re\u0161enjima za gradove sutra\u0161njice.<\/p>\n<p>Planirano je da se u okviru inovacionog parka otvori oko hiljadu preduze\u0107a koja bi trebalo da zaposle oko 20 hiljada ljudi, navodi se u najavi projekta.<\/p>\n<p>U ovom tehnolo\u0161kom parku fokus istra\u017eivanja i rada bi\u0107e na efikasnoj upotrebi energije, odr\u017eivoj gradnji i recikliranju, ekolo\u0161ki prihvatljivoj mobilnosti i drugim odr\u017eivim urabanim re\u0161enjima.<\/p>\n<p>Ideju za inovacioni park su oformili me\u0111unarodni timovi arhitekata, urbanista i dizajnera pejza\u017ea, dok se koncept dalje razvija u saradnji sa gradskom administracijom, strukom, javno\u0161\u0107u i zainteresovanim stranama.<\/p>\n<div class=\"image-wrapper aligncenter\">\n    <figure><img alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-50952 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Berlin-TXL_UTR_bird_Copyright_Tegel-Projekt-GmbH_gmp-Architekten-840.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"840\" height=\"479\" srcset=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Berlin-TXL_UTR_bird_Copyright_Tegel-Projekt-GmbH_gmp-Architekten-840.jpg 840w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Berlin-TXL_UTR_bird_Copyright_Tegel-Projekt-GmbH_gmp-Architekten-840-500x285.jpg 500w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Berlin-TXL_UTR_bird_Copyright_Tegel-Projekt-GmbH_gmp-Architekten-840-768x438.jpg 768w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Berlin-TXL_UTR_bird_Copyright_Tegel-Projekt-GmbH_gmp-Architekten-840-300x171.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 840px) 100vw, 840px\" \/><\/figure>\n    <div class=\"image-info\"><span class=\"img-source\"><em>Foto: Tegel Projekt GmbH<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Stambena \u010detvrt \u0160umaher<\/h3>\n<p>U kvartu \u0160umaher bi\u0107e izgra\u0111eno oko od pet hiljada stanova, a tako\u0111e i dve \u0161kole, \u0161est dnevnih centara, \u0161oping objekti. U \u010detvrti \u0107e biti primenjivane tehnologije i inovacije koje se razvijaju u parku za urbane tehnologije Urban Tech Republic, poput klimatski neutralnih energetskih modela i novih koncepata ekolo\u0161ki prihvatljive mobilnosti. Automobilima ne\u0107e biti omogu\u0107en pristup, osim vrlo malom broju elekti\u010dnih vozila za ljude sa posebnim potrebama, ali zato projektanti predvi\u0111aju veliki broj pe\u0161a\u010dkih i biciklisti\u010dkih staza.<\/p>\n<p>Stambene zgrade \u0107e biti sagra\u0111ene od drveta iz obli\u017enjih \u0161uma i to \u0107e biti najve\u0107i stambeni blok izgra\u0111en od ovog prirodnog materijala na svetu. Procenjuje se da \u0107e se time tokom izgradnje u\u0161tedeti oko 80 procenata emisija ugljen-dioksida.<\/p>\n<p>Ceo koncept arhitektonskog promi\u0161ljanja se zasniva na pametnom dizajnu koji bi trebalo da pribli\u017ei savremeno \u017eivljenje i klimatski neutralne koncepte.<\/p>\n<p>Stambeni blok \u0107e <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/nove-zgrade-u-berlinu-morace-od-2023-da-imaju-krovne-solarne-sisteme\/\">koristiti solarnu,<\/a> energiju vetra i geotermalnu energiju za svoje potrebe. Polovina stanova od ukupnog broja planirana je za iznajmljivanje, a deset procenata sme\u0161taja namenjeno je studentima.<\/p>\n<h3>Projekat budu\u0107nosti grada Berlina<\/h3>\n<p>Naru\u010dilac celog projekta je <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/berlin-dobija-ogroman-elektricni-bojler-za-dekarbonizaciju-sistema-grejanja\/\">grad Berlin<\/a>, koji je osnovao preduze\u0107e Tegel Projekt GmbH da upravlja celim projektom kroz procese participativnog planiranja, odnosno konsultacija sa gra\u0111anima, strukovnim udru\u017eenjima i gra\u0111anskim inicijativama ili udru\u017eenjima.
