Suo\u010dena sa rokom da proda udeo od 10 procenata, Elektroprivreda Crne Gore je spustila cenu paketa akcija na 87 sa vi\u0161e od 100 miliona evra, iako bi mu tr\u017ei\u0161na vrednost na berzi bila samo 41,3 miliona evra.<\/h2>\n

Elektroprivreda Crne Gore je objavila drugi poziv za ponude za 10 odsto svojih akcija nakon \u0161to se nijedan investitor<\/a> nije javio na konkursu gde su bile vrednovane na po najmanje 8,63 evra. Kompanija je spustila najmanju cenu na 7,33 evra po deonici, odnosno za 15,1 odsto.<\/p>\n

Me\u0111utim, njenim akcijama se trenutno na Montenegroberzi trguje za tek po 3,5 evra, \u0161to predmetni udeo u vlasni\u0161tvu \u010dini vrednim 41,3 miliona evra. Minimalna cena za udeo od 10 odsto je sada 87 miliona evra.<\/p>\n

Paket mo\u017ee da akvirira samo jedan ponu\u0111a\u010d, budu\u0107i da je stavljen na prodaju za takozvanu blok transakciju. EPCG je pro\u0161le godine saop\u0161tio da \u0107e tra\u017eiti stranog partnera za projekte energije iz obnovljivih izvora.<\/p>\n

Ovo elektroenergetsko preduze\u0107e je pomenute akcije otkupio 2019. od manjinskog suvlasnika za 52,9 miliona evra. Te deonice ne nose glasa\u010dko pravo u okviru kompanije. Ukoliko ih EPCG ne proda do 26. septembra, mora\u0107e da ih otpi\u0161e.<\/p>\n

Radi pore\u0111enja, knjigovodstvena vrednost EPCG-a je 770 miliona evra. Uslovi za ponu\u0111a\u010de se nisu promenili od poslednjeg javnog poziva. Rok za dostavljanje ponuda je 12. avgust.<\/p>\n

EPCG, sa sedi\u0161tem u Nik\u0161i\u0107u, ima elektrane ukupnog bruto kapaciteta 877 megavata. Kompanija upravlja jedinom termoelektranom u dr\u017eavi \u2013 Pljevlja, koja koristi ugalj, i hidrocentralama Peru\u0107ica i Piva, a u vlasni\u0161tvu joj je i pet malih hidroelektrana.<\/p>\n

Re\u010deno dr\u017eavno preduze\u0107e \u0107e zbog posledica jake su\u0161e<\/a> na svoje hidroelektrane<\/a> morati da plati pozama\u0161an ra\u010dun na ime uvoza elektri\u010dne energije. Osim toga, u aprilu je otpo\u010delo rekonstrukciju termoelektrane Pljevlja,<\/a> u okviru koje \u0107e u kasnijoj fazi morati da se privremeno zaustavi proizvodnja.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
