{"id":50312,"date":"2022-07-15T17:28:04","date_gmt":"2022-07-15T15:28:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/?p=50312"},"modified":"2022-07-15T17:28:04","modified_gmt":"2022-07-15T15:28:04","slug":"energetska-zajednica-moze-da-prihvati-30-gw-iz-vetra-i-solara-bez-ulaganja-u-fleksibilnost-sistema","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/energetska-zajednica-moze-da-prihvati-30-gw-iz-vetra-i-solara-bez-ulaganja-u-fleksibilnost-sistema\/","title":{"rendered":"Energetska zajednica mo\u017ee da prihvati 30 GW iz vetra i solara bez ulaganja u fleksibilnost sistema"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Elektroenergetski sistemi \u010dlanica Energetske zajednice sposobni su da prihvate varijabilne elektrane na obnovljive izvore energije snage 30 gigavata (GW) do 2030. godine bez dodatnih ulaganja u izvore fleksibilnosti, navodi se u novoj Studiji o opcijama fleksibilnosti za podr\u0161ku dekarbonizaciji u Energetskoj zajednici.<\/h2>\n<p>Studija o opcijama fleksibilnosti za podr\u0161ku dekarbonizaciji u Energetskoj zajednici procenila je potrebe i opcije za fleksibilnost elektroenergetskih sistema \u010dlanica do 2030. i 2040. u cilju balansiranja svakog od njih na razli\u010ditim vremenskim skalama &#8211; na dnevnom, sedmi\u010dnom i godi\u0161njem nivou. Analiza je ura\u0111ena na osnovu tri razli\u010dita scenarija povezana sa brzinom gradnje elektrana na obnovljive izvore i nivoom integracije tr\u017ei\u0161ta.<\/p>\n<p>Osnovni scenario odnosi se na &#8222;business as usual&#8220;, sa relativno sporim prihvatanje obnovljive energije od oko 22 GW (9 GW vetar, 13 GW solar). Umereni scenario predvi\u0111a gradnju elektrana snage 27 GW (12 GW vetar, 15 GW solar), a ambiciozan isntaliranje 33 GW (15 GW vetar, 18 GW solarni), navodi se u studiji koju su za Sekretarijat Energetske zajednice pripremile konsultantske kuc\u0301e Trinomics i Artelis.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Do 2040. \u0107e ipak biti potrebna ulaganja u nova re\u0161enja za fleksibilnost sistema<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Glavni postojec\u0301i izvori fleksibilnosti u \u010dlanicama Energetske zajednice su elektrane na ugalj i prekograni\u010dne interkonekcije, sa 30 GW, odnosno 20 GW, hidroelektrane sa 12 GW i elektrane na gas, koje su uglavnom prisutne u Ukrajini, snage 8 GW .<\/p>\n<p>Ni u jednom od analiziranih scenarija nema potrebe za ulaganjima u dodatne kapacitete fleksibilnosti do 2030, ali su potrebna ulaganja u nova fleksibilna re\u0161enja do 2040, navodi se u studiji.<\/p>\n<p>U ambicioznom scenariju do 2040. potrebna su ulaganja od 5,7 milijardi evra. Elektri\u010dna vozila, putem pametnog punjenja i re\u0161enja vozila-mre\u017ea (eng. vehicle to grid &#8211; V2G) mogu postati zna\u010dajan doprinos fleksibilnosti, iako tro\u0161kovi ulaganja koji omoguc\u0301avaju kori\u0161\u0107enje ovih tehnologija nisu eksplicitno razmatrani.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Postojec\u0301i prekograni\u010dni dalekovodi i berze mogu da smanje potrebne investicije<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Studija navodi da \u0107e investicije biti znatno manje ako se postojec\u0301a prekograni\u010dna infrastruktura bolje iskoristi i ako kratkoro\u010dna tr\u017ei\u0161ta elektri\u010dne energije budu operativna i povezana sa EU.<\/p>\n<p>Godi\u0161nje investicione potrebe izme\u0111u 2030. i 2040. u dodatne izvore fleksibilnosti smanjic\u0301e se za \u010dak 150 miliona evra ako se dan-unapred, unutardnevna i balansna tr\u017ei\u0161ta pove\u017eu izme\u0111u ugovornih strana i EU, navodi se u <a href=\"https:\/\/www.energy-community.org\/dam\/jcr:bc2e4b2a-f317-40d3-ab05-b9b7aaf18c62\/Flex_study_final_report_20220713.pdf\">studiji<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Integracija tr\u017ei\u0161ta c\u0301e omoguc\u0301iti povla\u010denje dodatnih 5 TWh iz EU<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-50317 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Energy-Community-investments-in-flexibility-sources-study.jpg\" alt=\"Energy Community investments in flexibility sources study\" width=\"1081\" height=\"577\" srcset=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Energy-Community-investments-in-flexibility-sources-study.jpg 1081w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Energy-Community-investments-in-flexibility-sources-study-500x267.jpg 500w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Energy-Community-investments-in-flexibility-sources-study-840x448.jpg 840w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Energy-Community-investments-in-flexibility-sources-study-768x410.jpg 768w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Energy-Community-investments-in-flexibility-sources-study-300x160.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1081px) 100vw, 1081px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Integracija tr\u017ei\u0161ta c\u0301e tako\u0111e omoguc\u0301iti povla\u010denje dodatnih 5 TWh godi\u0161nje varijabilne obnovljive proizvodnje iz EU koja bi ina\u010de morala da bude potisnuta odnosno protra\u0107ena.<\/p>\n<p>Studija navodi preporuke za definisanje politika i regulative za minimiziranje ukupnih tro\u0161kova sistema, uklju\u010dujuc\u0301i upravljanje energetskim sektorom, dizajn tr\u017ei\u0161ta elektri\u010dne energije, razvoj obnovljivih izvora energije i oporezivanje CO2.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Studija defini\u0161e smernice i regulatorne preporuke za minimiziranje ukupnih tro\u0161kova<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sekretarijat je podsetio da je ugovornim stranama preporu\u010deno da defini\u0161u strategiju fleksibilnosti sistema u okviru propreme nacionalnih energetskih i klimatskih planova (NEKP).<\/p>\n<p>Direktor Sekretarijata Energetske zajednice Artur Lorkowski izjavio je da studija pokazuje da ni\u0161ta ne bi trebalo da stoji na putu vec\u0301em prihvatanju obnovljivih izvora energije.
