Na listi 30 zemalja koje su spremne za brzi razvoj tog sektora, \u010dak pet njih je na Balkanu.<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/windeurope-stopa-rasta-sektora-vetra-u-eu-prespora-za-postizanje-ciljeva-za-2030-godinu\/\">Vetroelektrane na vodi<\/a> su priu\u0161tiv, siguran izvor struje za globalne napore u pravcu dekarbonizacije, stoji u novom izve\u0161taju u izdanju Globalnog saveta za energiju vetra (GWEC). U dokumentu je prepoznat presudni zna\u010daj koji plutaju\u0107e vetroelektrane imaju za smanjenje upotrebe fosilnih goriva i postizanje klimatske neutralnosti najkasnije 2050. godine. Irska, <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/u-italiji-vlada-pomama-za-plutajucim-vetroelektranama\/\">Italija,<\/a> Maroko, Filipini i Sjedinjene Dr\u017eave su istaknute kao zemlje s najve\u0107im potencijalom za tu tehnologiju.<\/p>\n<p>Osamdeset odsto vodenih povr\u0161ina pogodnih za proizvodnju elektri\u010dne energije iz vetra nalazi se na mestima s dubinom ve\u0107om od 60 metara, pa se tamo ne mogu graditi tradicionalne vetroturbine na stubovima ili je ta mogu\u0107nost u najboljem slu\u010daju ograni\u010dena, navode autori izve\u0161taja, nazvanog <a href=\"https:\/\/gwec.net\/floating-offshore-wind-a-global-opportunity\/\">Plutaju\u0107e vetroelektrane \u2013 globalna \u0161ansa (Floating Offshore Wind \u2013 a Global Opportunity).<\/a> Izradio ga je Aegir Insights.<\/p>\n<p>Re\u0161enja za plutaju\u0107e vetroturbine omogu\u0107avaju instalaciju na otvorenom moru velike dubine, bez potrebe za postavljanjem temelja na dnu, \u0161to smanjuje uticaj na \u017eivotnu sredinu uz ve\u0107u efikasnost. Investitori u ovakve poduhvate tako\u0111e ra\u010dunaju na manji otpor lokalnog stanovni\u0161tva, budu\u0107i da su postrojenja uglavnom na ve\u0107oj razdaljini od obale.<\/p>\n<h3>Irska, Italija progla\u0161ene najve\u0107im tr\u017ei\u0161tima u nastanku u Evropi za plutaju\u0107e vetroelektrane<\/h3>\n<p>Najzrelija tr\u017ei\u0161ta za plutaju\u0107e vetroelektrane su <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/world-needs-50-times-more-offshore-wind-to-become-carbon-neutral-by-2050\/\">Velika Britanija<\/a> \u2013 u \u010dijim vodama je <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/zavrsena-je-najveca-plutajuca-vetroelektrana-na-svetu\/\">najve\u0107i pogon te vrste na svetu,<\/a> Ju\u017ena Koreja, <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/vetroelektrane-su-najmocnija-sila-za-dekarbonizaciju-u-eu\/\">Francuska<\/a> i Japan.<\/p>\n<p>Pet pomenutih tr\u017ei\u0161ta u naglom razvoju mogu da ih sustignu ukoliko tamo\u0161nje vlasti po\u010dnu da sprovode odgovaraju\u0107u politiku, nagla\u0161avaju u GWEC-u. Njihov ukupni tehni\u010dki potencijal za plutaju\u0107e vetroelektrane iznosi 3,86 teravata, \u0161to je u slu\u010daju Italije 2,6 puta, a za Irsku zapanjuju\u0107ih 69 puta vi\u0161e od trenutne potra\u017enje za elektri\u010dnom energijom.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>GWEC: Svetski kapacitet vetroelektrana na vodi treba da do 2050. dostigne dva teravata da bi se neto emisije oborile na nulu<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Na pro\u0161irenoj listi je 30 zemalja s najve\u0107im potencijalom, a pet od njih se nalazi u Jugoisto\u010dnoj Evropi: <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/bulgarias-116-gw-offshore-wind-potential-in-black-sea-is-decarbonization-opportunity\/\">Bugarska,<\/a> Turska, <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/wpd-offshore-eyes-1900-mw-in-offshore-wind-farms-in-romania\/\">Rumunija,<\/a> Gr\u010dka i Hrvatska.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Iako je fokus za ovu deceniju na naglom rastu sektora of\u0161or vetroelektrana s turbinama na fiksiranim stubovima, treba da se poka\u017ee i politi\u010dko vo\u0111stvo koje \u0107e omogu\u0107iti plutaju\u0107im vetroelektranama da odigraju svoju ulogu&#8220;, izjavio je generalni direktor organizacije Ben Backwell.<\/p>\n<p>GWEC je saop\u0161tio da svetski kapacitet vetroelektrana na vodi treba da do 2050. dostigne dva teravata da bi se neto emisije oborile na nulu, u pore\u0111enju s trenutnih 35 gigavata i prelaznim ciljem od 270 gigavata za 2030. godinu.<\/p>\n<h3>Italija tek treba da priklju\u010di svoju prvu vetroelektranu na vodi<\/h3>\n<p>Manjak prostora na kopnu u Italiji kao i nedostatak lokacija za vetroelektrane na vodi na stubovima pobodenim u dno povu\u0107i \u0107e pa\u017enju ka tehnologiji plutaju\u0107ih vetroparkova, napomenuto je u izve\u0161taju. Najbolja mesta su kod Sardinije i u Sicilijanskom prolazu, prema Tunisu. Me\u0111utim, zna\u010dajne mogu\u0107nosti su prona\u0111ene i izme\u0111u Brindizija u Apuliji i Otrantskih vrata, koja spajaju Jadransko i Jonsko more, te kod obala Jonskog mora kod Katancara u Kalabriji, dakle ka ju\u017enoj Albaniji odnosno zapadnoj Gr\u010dkoj.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Ambicije Italije na polju vetroelektrana na moru su skromne u pore\u0111enju s brojem i veli\u010dinom projekata u pripremi<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Italija ima cilj da zbirnu snagu vetroelektrana najkasnije 2030. podigne na 18,4 sa trenutnih 10,5 gigavata. Od toga je samo 900 megavata predvi\u0111eno za vetroelektrane na vodi, ali Nacionalna asocijacija za energiju vetra \u2013 ANEV postavila je cilj samo za plutaju\u0107e vetroelektrane za 2040. na pet gigavata.<\/p>\n<p>Prva vetroelektrana u vodama ove zemlje, na utemeljenim stubovima, treba da bude pu\u0161tena u rad ove godine. Projekat za tih 30 megavata kod Taranta pokrenut je jo\u0161 2010. godine.<\/p>\n<p>Nacionalni operater sistema prenosa elektri\u010dne energije Terna objavio je u oktobru da je primio 39 zahteva za povezivanje vetroelektrana na moru.<\/p>\n<h3>U vodama Gr\u010dke mogu da se postave plutaju\u0107e vetroelektrane ukupne snage do 30 gigavata<\/h3>\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de Gr\u010dke, Energypress je nedavno doznao da je vlada sprovela <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/greeces-ipto-plans-new-power-interconnections-in-balkans\/\">studije<\/a> po kojima bi na vodenim povr\u0161inama do \u0161est milja od obale mogle da se instaliraju vetroelektrane od ukupno 40 gigavata, od \u010dega bi 30 gigavata \u010dinili plutaju\u0107i pogoni. Ta medijska ku\u0107a je dodala da \u0107e po planu za prvu aukciju biti ponu\u0111eno dva gigavata.<\/p>\n<p>Ni druge nabrojane zemlje u regionu jo\u0161 nemaju nikakve vetroelektrane na vodi. <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/procenjuje-potencijal-severnog-jadrana-za-izgradnju-vetroelektrana-na-moru\/\">Naftne i gasne platforme na Jadranu<\/a> bi, kad iscrpu sve rezerve tih fosilnih goriva, mogle da se preprave tako da postanu vetroturbine.<\/p>\n<p>Najve\u0107a vetroelektrana na moru na stubovima pobodenim u dno je britanski Hornsea 1, snage 1,2 gigavata. Slede\u0107e godine bi trebalo da ga prestigne <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/najveca-svetska-vetroelektrana-na-vodi-pocela-da-proizvodi-struju\/\">Hornsea 2,<\/a> koji jo\u0161 nije dovr\u0161en. Najve\u0107i projekat u razvoju na svetu zove se Sinan. Planirani kapacitet tog postrojenja u Ju\u017enoj Koreji je 8,2 gigavata.<\/p>\n<p>Ina\u010de, OX2 je upravo podneo zahtev za dozvolu po propisima za podru\u010dja Natura 2000 za svoj projekat od 5,5 gigavata nazvan Aurora, kojeg namerava da sprovede u delo u \u0161vedskoj ekskluzivnoj ekonomskoj zoni na Balti\u010dkom moru. Predlo\u017eeni kapacitet \u010dini ovaj poduhvat najve\u0107im u pripremi u Evropi i drugim u svetu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Plutaju\u0107e vetroelektrane su re\u0161enje
