Beogradski trka\u010dki klub BRC promovi\u0161e novu disciplinu plogging, koja postaje sve popularnija na Zapadu.<\/h2>\n

Plogging je postao naro\u010dito popularan u velikim evropskim gradovima, gde turisti ba\u0161 i ne paze gde bacaju otpad. O\u010digledno se u tome ne razlikuju od velikog broja turista u Srbiji, ali i samih gra\u0111ana. U saop\u0161tenju kluba je obja\u0161njeno koje su sve koristi od ovog novog vida rekreacije.<\/p>\n

\u0160ta je plogging?<\/h3>\n

Re\u010d plogga je iz \u0161vedskog jezika i kombinacija je re\u010di podignuti i tr\u010dati. Plogging je sakupljanje sme\u0107e tokom rekreativnog tr\u010danja. U zapadnim zemljama u kojima je plogging za\u017eiveo formiraju se grupe plogera koji na trening idu s kesama za sme\u0107e. Tokom tr\u010danja podi\u017eu otpatke i ubacuju ih u svoje vre\u0107e i na kraju se, zadovoljni, zajedno slikaju s punim kesama sakupljenog otpada.<\/p>\n

Va\u017ean deo akcije je i foto-fini\u0161, odnosno ka\u010denje fotografija na instagram sa oznakom #plogging. Na taj na\u010din se upu\u0107uje poziv i drugim rekreativcima da se pridru\u017ee.<\/p>\n

Plogging u Srbiji<\/h3>\n

Ako neko prolazi svakodnevno pored ba\u010denog otpada, to su trka\u010di, obja\u0161njavaju u Beogradskom trka\u010dkom klubu.<\/p>\n

„Najgore bude tokom kasnog prole\u0107a ili ranog leta, kada opadne nivo reke, pa na obali ostane mnogo plasti\u010dnih fla\u0161a, kesa i koje\u010dega. Zbog toga smo nekoliko puta organizovali treninge tokom kojih smo i \u010distili obalu – bilo je i do 300 velikih kesa punih otpada, izjavio je za BBC na srpskom Dragoljub Milosavljevi\u0107 iz BRC-a.<\/p>\n

U klubu isti\u010du da je plogging sjajna prilika za sve da u\u010dine ne\u0161to dobro i za sebe i da mogu da se uklju\u010de u njegovu \u0160kolu tr\u010danja.<\/a><\/p>\n

U saop\u0161tenju se predla\u017ee i pridru\u017eivanje nekom od trka\u010dkih pokreta kao \u0161to je trail cleaner. Fitnes stru\u010dnjaci su sa svog stanovi\u0161ta podr\u017eali plogging kao veoma koristan za fizi\u010dku kondiciju, ali je njegova najve\u0107a vrednost u tome \u0161to se uz u\u017eivanje doprinosi dobrobiti zajednice.<\/p>\n

Do sada se pokazalo da se Beograd<\/a> i mesta \u0161irom Srbije<\/a> rado odazivaju pozivima na akcije \u010di\u0161\u0107enja otpada. Saradnja sportskih i ekolo\u0161kih udru\u017eenja dala je zapa\u017eene rezultate. Ostaje da se vidi koliko \u0107e ova vi\u0161estruko korisna disciplina da za\u017eivi i da se dopadne rekreativcima i ekolo\u0161kim aktivistima.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
