{"id":44887,"date":"2022-01-05T19:21:12","date_gmt":"2022-01-05T18:21:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/?p=44887"},"modified":"2022-01-06T10:59:47","modified_gmt":"2022-01-06T09:59:47","slug":"u-otpadu-od-hrane-u-hrvatskoj-ima-40-odsto-jestivih-namirnica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/u-otpadu-od-hrane-u-hrvatskoj-ima-40-odsto-jestivih-namirnica\/","title":{"rendered":"U otpadu od hrane u Hrvatskoj ima 40 odsto jestivih namirnica"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Oko 40 odsto otpada od hrane u hrvatskim doma\u0107instvima predstavljaju jestive namirnice, dok se, koli\u010dinski gledano, najvi\u0161e baca meso, vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e, pokazalo je istra\u017eivanje koje je u 2021. godini sprovelo Ministarstvo gospodarstva i odr\u017eivog razvoja prema novoj metodologiji Evropske unije za pra\u0107enje otpada od hrane.<\/h2>\n<p>Jestivi deo otpada od hrane, koji nastane najve\u0107im delom u doma\u0107instvima, ali i u poslovnom sektoru, slikovito re\u010deno, ekvivalentan je koli\u010dini od 363.000 vekni hleba \u0161to je, kako su naveli autori istra\u017eivanja, dovoljno da svaki stanovnik Splita i Slavonskog Broda dobije po jednu veknu!<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Statisti\u010dko istra\u017eivanje o otpadu od hrane u Republici Hrvatskoj&#8220; ura\u0111eno je kako bi se na osnovu novog Zakona o gospodarenju otpadom dobili relevantni podaci. Naime, dosada\u0161nji podaci o koli\u010dinama otpada od hrane po zemljama EU zna\u010dajno su se razlikovali zbog nejedinstvene metodologije za izra\u010dunavanje. Tokom 2018. i 2019. EU je uspostavila zajedni\u010dku metodologiju, koju je novim Zakonom prihvatila i Hrvatska.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-44896 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/hrvatska-bacanje-hrane-domacinstva-firme.jpg\" alt=\"hrvatska bacanje hrane domacinstva firme\" width=\"767\" height=\"197\" srcset=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/hrvatska-bacanje-hrane-domacinstva-firme.jpg 1170w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/hrvatska-bacanje-hrane-domacinstva-firme-500x128.jpg 500w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/hrvatska-bacanje-hrane-domacinstva-firme-840x215.jpg 840w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/hrvatska-bacanje-hrane-domacinstva-firme-768x197.jpg 768w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/hrvatska-bacanje-hrane-domacinstva-firme-300x77.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 767px) 100vw, 767px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Procenjuje se da u EU doma\u0107instva stvaraju oko 53 odsto otpada od hrane, trgovine i ugostiteljski sektor oko 17 odsto, a sektor proizvodnje i prerade hrane jo\u0161 oko 30 odsto, saop\u0161tilo je Ministarstvo.<\/p>\n<p>U Hrvatskoj doma\u0107instva i poslovni sektor godi\u0161nje proizvedu 286.379 tona otpada od hrane ili 71 kilogram po stanovniku.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Najvi\u0161e otpada od hrane pravi se u Istri, Primorju, Gorskom kotaru i Dalmaciji<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Od \u0161est regija u Hrvatskoj najvi\u0161e otpada od hrane nastaje u doma\u0107instvima u Istri, Primorju i Gorskom kotaru, oko 61,1 kilogram po stanovniku, kao i u Dalmaciji, oko 57 kilograma. Najmanje prave doma\u0107instva u Slavoniji, oko 50,6 kilograma.<\/p>\n<p>Najve\u0107a koli\u010dina otpada ili tri \u010detvrtine nastaje u doma\u0107instvima, a oko 14 odsto u primarnoj proizvodnji uklju\u010duju\u0107i individualna poljoprivredna gazdinstva.<\/p>\n<h3>Razlog za bacanje: previ\u0161e kupljene ili spremljene hrane<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-44899 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/hrvatska-otpad-od-hrane-bacanje-saveti.jpg\" alt=\"hrvatska otpad od hrane bacanje saveti\" width=\"720\" height=\"483\" srcset=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/hrvatska-otpad-od-hrane-bacanje-saveti.jpg 774w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/hrvatska-otpad-od-hrane-bacanje-saveti-500x335.jpg 500w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/hrvatska-otpad-od-hrane-bacanje-saveti-768x515.jpg 768w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/hrvatska-otpad-od-hrane-bacanje-saveti-300x201.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/>U doma\u0107instvima 60 odsto otpada od hrane \u010dine nejestivi delovi hrane poput kostiju, ljusaka od jaja, kore citrusa i sli\u010dno, \u010diji nastanak je, kako navodi Ministarstvo, neizbe\u017ean. Ali, jestivi dio \u010dini 40 odsto, a to je deo \u010dije bi se bacanje moglo spre\u010diti.<\/p>\n<p>Po masi se u doma\u0107instvima najvi\u0161e baca meso, zatim vo\u0107e, pa ostalo povr\u0107e i krompir.
