Nakon \u0161to je ministar za planiranje dao i kona\u010dno odobrenje, u australijskoj dr\u017eavi Viktorija slede\u0107e godine \u0107e se graditi do sada najve\u0107i vetropark na ju\u017enoj hemisferi. Projekat vodi kompanija West Wind Energy i vredan je dve milijarde australijskih dolara (1,28 milijardi evra).<\/h2>\n<p>Vetropark Golden Plains prostira\u0107e se na 167 kvadratnih kilometara i procenjeno je da \u0107e se realizacijom projekta smanjiti emisija ugljen-dioksida za 4,8 miliona tona godi\u0161nje. Prema projektu koji je dobio kona\u010dnu plansku dozvolu, maksimalna visina vetroturbina je 230 metara, a pre\u010dnik rotora turbine je pove\u0107an sa prvobitno planiranih 150 na 165 metara. Lokacija vetroparka je Rokewood, koji se nalazi 130 kilometara zapadno od Melburna, a po\u010detak izgradnje najavljen je polovinom 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Ministar za planiranje australijske dr\u017eave Viktorija Richard Wynne je potpisao planske dozvole za finalni predlog projekta, pa nakon vi\u0161egodi\u0161njih priprema Golden Plains ulazi u fazu izgradnje.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Za\u0161tita populacije autohtonih australijskih \u017edralova<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Kona\u010dno odobrenje dolazi i nakon duge pravne borbe sa lokalnim farmerima, koji su tra\u017eili da bude 185 turbina u vetroparku i koji su se protivili veli\u010dini vetroparka, smatraju\u0107i da \u0107e time biti ugro\u017eeno stani\u0161te populacije brolga, vrste \u017edrala koji nastanjuje ovo podru\u010dje.<\/p>\n<p>Primedbe i izmene u projektu su se odnosile upravo i na za\u0161itu brolge. Kako bi se obezbedilo novo stani\u0161te za razmno\u017eavanje brolge i uva\u017eio zahtev da se postigne nulti neto uticaj na populaciju ove vrste, izbor lokacija podrazumeva dugotrajna i detaljna istra\u017eivanja \u0161to je te\u0161ko zavr\u0161iti u zadatim vremenskim okvirima, navode u projektu Golden Plains. Zbog toga je tra\u017eeno da se izmene relevantni uslovi dozvole i omogu\u0107i du\u017ei i detaljniji proces istra\u017eivanja, kako bi se prona\u0161le najpogodnije lokacije, \u0161to je ministar odobrio.<\/p>\n<p>Prema planu projekta, West Wind \u0107e godi\u0161nje ispla\u0107ivati najmanje 1000 australiskih dolara stanovnicima koji \u017eive u krugu od dva kilometra, jer kako su naveli iz ove kompanije, svi veliki infrastrukturni projekti imaju odre\u0111eni uticaj na lokalne zajednice. Tako\u0111e je najavljeno i da \u0107e biti izvr\u0161ena procena i upravljanje prema planu na potencijalni uticaj projekta na kulturno nasle\u0111e Aborid\u017eina.<\/p>\n<h3>Viktorija na vetru<\/h3>\n<p>Viktorija je najmanja, ali najgu\u0161\u0107e naseljena australijska dr\u017eava i postavila je cilj da prepolovi emisije gasova sa efektom staklene ba\u0161te do kraja 2030. godine, u odnosu na nivo iz 2005. Planira se da sve vladine operacije, uklju\u010duju\u0107i metro, \u0161kole i bolnice pre\u0111u na obnovljive izvore energije do 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Ovo nije kraj najavama i ambicijama australijske dr\u017eave Viktorija. Industrija vetra tako\u0111e je dobila podsticaj od 40 miliona dolara za razvoj tri velika projekta vetroparkova na moru, na obali Gippsland-a.<\/p>\n<p>Najve\u0107i projekat je Star of the South (Zvezda juga) od 2,2 gigavata. Ukoliko do\u0107e do realizacije, ovaj vetropark bi napajao oko 1,8 miliona domova elektri\u010dnom energijom. Procenjena vrednost je izme\u0111u 8 do 10 milijardi australijskih dolara, a osmi\u0161ljen je tako da se iskoriste jaki vetrovi u Bass moreuzu, pogodno morsko dno i blizina veze sa distributivnom mre\u017eom elektri\u010dne energije. Sredstva su dodeljena za razvoj jo\u0161 dve vetroelektrane od 1 i 1,5 gigavata, tako\u0111e na obalama Viktorije na jugoistoku
