Kosovski operater distributivnog sistema KEDS sprovodi restrikcije u isporuci elektri\u010dne energije od po dva sata usled skoka potro\u0161nje, niske doma\u0107e proizvodnje, visokih cena uvoza i smetnji koje je neravnote\u017ea izazvala na evropskoj prenosnoj mre\u017ei.<\/h2>\n

Potro\u0161a\u010di struje na Kosovu* su pogo\u0111eni hitnim isklju\u010denjima struje. Obe tamo\u0161nje elektrane na ugalj su u poslednje vreme imale kvarove,<\/a> a elektroenergetski sistem je zavisan od uvoza. Operater distributivnog sistema KEDS saop\u0161tio je da \u0107e planske restrikcije trajati barem 24 sata, tako \u0161to \u0107e oblasti naizmeni\u010dno biti bez elektri\u010dne energije na po dva sata.<\/p>\n

Operator sistema, prenosa i tr\u017ei\u0161ta (KOSTT) ukazao je na zna\u010dajno pove\u0107anje potro\u0161nje, jaz izme\u0111u doma\u0107e proizvodnje i potro\u0161nje i „ogroman rast cene elektri\u010dne energije“ na me\u0111unarodnim tr\u017ei\u0161tima usled globalne energetske krize.<\/p>\n

Kompanija je dodala da je ova vanredna situacija dovela do smetnji u sinhronoj zoni Kontinentalne Evrope u okviru Evropske mre\u017ee operatora prenosnih sistema (ENTSO-E). Uvoz iz te zone pokriva 40 procenata doma\u0107e potro\u0161nje, a ona je na godi\u0161njem nivou sko\u010dila rekordnih 10,8 odsto, ka\u017eu u KOSTT-u.<\/p>\n

Maksimalno optere\u0107enje prenosnog sistema dostiglo je 21. decembra dosad nezabele\u017eenih 1,4 gigavata, a prose\u010dna potro\u0161nja po satu je skoro 1,2 gigavat-sata. To napre\u017ee elektroenergetski sistem i oprema je u opasnosti od preoptere\u0107enja, saop\u0161tila je kompanija. KOSTT je pozvao potro\u0161a\u010de da \u0161tede struju, pridru\u017eiv\u0161i se tako apelima vladinih zvani\u010dnika.<\/p>\n

Hitnih isklju\u010denja nije bilo vi\u0161e od deset godina<\/h3>\n

Od poslednjih restrikcija pro\u0161lo je vi\u0161e od decenije. Kosovo* slabo napreduje u planiranju u energetici \u2013 izgradnja nove termoelektrane na ugalj je otkazana, a projekat gasovoda je trenutno suspendovan. Termoelektrane Kosovo A i Kosovo B su stare i u lo\u0161em stanju.<\/p>\n

Iz uglja se na Kosovu* proizvodi neverovatnih 94,8 odsto struje,<\/a> \u0161to ga \u010dini drugim na svetu. Srbija, koja je nedavno pretrpela havariju u svojim najve\u0107im termoelektranama na ugalj,<\/a> na istoj listi je sedma.<\/p>\n

Uvo\u0111enje obnovljivih izvora energije ide sporo na celom Zapadnom Balkanu. Za to vreme, stare elektrane na lignit postaju sve nepouzdanije.
