{"id":44127,"date":"2021-12-13T15:42:07","date_gmt":"2021-12-13T14:42:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/?p=44127"},"modified":"2021-12-14T09:24:47","modified_gmt":"2021-12-14T08:24:47","slug":"drzava-planira-gradnju-vetroparkova-i-solarnih-elektrana-snage-113-gw-u-srbiji","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/drzava-planira-gradnju-vetroparkova-i-solarnih-elektrana-snage-113-gw-u-srbiji\/","title":{"rendered":"Dr\u017eava planira gradnju vetroparkova i solarnih elektrana snage 11,3 GW u Srbiji"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Nacrtom Programa ekonomskih reformi za period od 2022. do 2024. godine predvi\u0111ena je realizacija dr\u017eavnih projekata za gradnju vetroparkova snage 3.000 megavata (MW) i solarnih elektrana snage 8.300 MW.<\/h2>\n<p>Srbija je pripremila novi plan investicija sa projektima u energetici i rudarstvu vrednim oko 17 milijardi evra, od \u010dega je oko 12 milijardi evra planirano za projekte koji se odnose na vetroparkove, solarne elektrane i hidroelektrane.<\/p>\n<p>U slu\u010daju realizacije svih projekata iz investicionog plana ukupna emisija CO2 bila bi smanjena za oko 23 miliona tona, navodi se u Nacrtu Programa, koji je pripremilo Ministarstvo finansija.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Potencijalne lokacije za vetroparkove su Zabela i Kovin &#8211; Dubovac<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Osim vetroparka Kostolac snage 66 MW u vlasni\u0161tvu Elektroprivrede Srbije (EPS), koji je ve\u0107 u izgradnji, mogu\u0107e lokacije za realizaciju projekata dr\u017eavnih vetroelektrana su jo\u0161 Zabela i Kovin &#8211; Dubovac, kao i javno-privatno partnerstvo sa kompanijom Fintel Energija za izgradnju <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/subotica-usvojila-plan-detaljne-regulacije-za-vetropark-od-633-megavata\/\">vetroparka Maestrale Ring<\/a> snage pribli\u017eno 600 MW, pi\u0161e u Nacrtu, i dodaje da je re\u010d o ukupnoj snazi od oko 3.000 MW i ukupnoj vrednosti projekata od oko tri milijarde evra.<\/p>\n<p>Dr\u017eavni projekti solarnih elektrana, nastavlja se dalje, realizovali bi se na dr\u017eavnom zemlji\u0161tu gde dominira vi\u0161e od 200.000 hektara uparlo\u017eenog poljoprivrednog zemlji\u0161ta na kome je mogu\u0107a gradnja oko 2.000 MW solarnih elektrana.<\/p>\n<p>U okviru ovog plana <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/srbija-i-ugt-renewables-pregovaraju-o-gradnji-solarnih-elektrana-od-ukupno-1-gw\/\">potpisan<\/a> je Sporazum o saradnji izme\u0111u Ministarstva rudarstva i energetike i kompanije UGT Renewables LLC, sa kojom se pregovara o izgradnji solarnih panela ukupne snage oko 1.000 MW, na povr\u0161ini od oko 2.000 hektara i desetak lokacija \u0161irom Srbije, \u010dime bi se dobio dodatni kapacitet od jednog gigavata elektri\u010dne energije i smanjila emisija ugljen-dioksida za 1,9 miliona tona godi\u0161nje, pi\u0161e u <a href=\"https:\/\/mfin.gov.rs\/sr\/propisi-1\/nacrt-programa-ekonomskih-reformi-erp-2022-2024-1\">Nacrtu<\/a> Programa ekonomskih reformi.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Solarne elektrane gradi\u0107e se sa kompanijom UGT, kao i na deponijama EPS-a i krovovima gra\u0111ana<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Na zemlji\u0161tu koje pripada EPS-u, pre svega na deponijama termoelektrana mogu\u0107a je izgradnja oko 300 MW solarnih elektrana ukupne vrednosti oko 200 miliona evra.<\/p>\n<p>Za ove projekte EPS je nedavno <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/eps-priprema-studiju-o-gradnji-solarnih-elektrana-na-svojim-objektima-i-lokacijama\/\">raspisao tender<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>U Nacrtu Programa energetski reformi navodi se da je zapo\u010deta i realizacija <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/srbija-ce-2022-izdvojiti-230-miliona-evra-za-subvencije-za-energetsku-efikasnost-i-solarne-panele\/\">velikog dr\u017eavnog projekta<\/a> promovisanja novog instituta kupac-prodavac (prozjumer), u okviru kojeg je procenjeno da je ukupna povr\u0161ine krovova u Srbiji 600 kvadratnih kilometara.<\/p>\n<p>Postavljanje krovnih solarnih panela na 10 odsto ove povr\u0161ine obezbedilo bi instalisanu snagu od 6.000 MW, \u0161to je 70 odsto ukupne instalisane snage za proizvodnju elektri\u010dne energije u Srbiji, i godi\u0161nju proizvodnju od 7 TWh, \u0161to je oko 20 odsto ukupne proizvodnje u Srbiji, pi\u0161e u ovom dokumentu.<\/p>\n<p>Ukupno, isti\u010de se, dr\u017eavni projekti solarnih elektrana donose novih 8.300 MW instalisane snage ukupne vrednosti 6,2 milijarde evra.<\/p>\n<h3>Nacrt Programa ekonomskih reformi na javnom uvidu do 21. decembra<\/h3>\n<p>Nacrt Programa ekonomskih reformi (eng. Economic Reform Programme &#8211; ERP) 2022-2024. je trenutno na javnom uvidu koji \u0107e trajati do 21. decembra.<\/p>\n<p>Program ekonomskih reformi (ERP) predstavlja osnovu za dijalog o politikama i socijalno-ekonomskim pitanjima izme\u0111u Evropske unije sa Zapadnim Balkanom i Turskom, navelo je Ministarstvo finansija.<\/p>\n<p>Ovo je osmi ciklus izrade Programa ekonomskih reformi koji Srbija, kao dr\u017eava kandidat za prijem u \u010dlanstvo u EU, u pretpristupnom periodu izra\u0111uje na godi\u0161njem nivou za naredni trogodi\u0161nji period u cilju pripreme za proces ekonomskog
