Da bi se sproveo ovaj plan potrebno je investirati 2,3 milijarde evra.<\/h2>\n<p>Mere za pove\u0107anje energetske efikasnosti u vi\u0161estambenim zgradama, koje su predvi\u0111ene Nacrtom Programa energetske obnove vi\u0161estambenih zgrada za razdoblje do 2030. godine, su ugradnja ili zamena izolacije i tehni\u010dkih sistema za grejanje koji koriste energente i re\u0161enja koja manje zaga\u0111uju \u017eivotnu sredinu. Neki od tih energenata su prirodni gas, pelet, a re\u0161enja solarni paneli, toplotne pumpe.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>O\u010dekuje se u\u0161teda energije od 2,348 GWh<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Nacrt, koji je na javnoj raspravi do 24. decembra, predvi\u0111a da \u0107e se primenom ovih mera kumulativne u\u0161tede u neposrednoj potro\u0161nji energije do 2030. dostigle 2.348 gigavat-sati (GWh).<\/p>\n<p>O\u010dekivano smanjenje emisija CO2 je 74.981 tona, navodi se u Nacrtu, i dodaje da \u0107e vi\u0161estambene zgrade na ovaj na\u010din doprineti sa 24 odsto cilju za smanjenje CO2 koji je zacrtan u Dugoro\u010dnoj strategiji obnove nacionalnog fonda zgrada Republike Hrvatske do 2050.<\/p>\n<p>Program \u0107e doprineti strate\u0161kom cilju da sve zgrade u Hrvatskoj 2050. imaju nulte emisije CO2 ili da budu na visokom nivou energetske efikasnosti, navodi se u <a href=\"https:\/\/mpgi.gov.hr\/UserDocsImages\/\/dokumenti\/Propisi\/Savjetovanja\/\/Nacrt_Programa_en_obnove_VSZ_do_2030.pdf\">Nacrtu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Oko tre\u0107ine vi\u0161estambenih zgrada u Hrvatskoj ima najlo\u0161ija energetska svojstva<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Fokus Programa je na zgradama s najlo\u0161ijim energetskim svojstvima. Takvih je u oko 34 odsto u kontinentalnoj Hrvatsko, a oko 30 odsto u primorskom delu zemlje.<\/p>\n<p>Osnovni uslov za u\u010destvovanje vi\u0161estambenih zgrada u programu je u\u0161teda godi\u0161nje poto\u0161nje toplotne energije za grejanje od najmanje 50 odsto u odnosu na stanje pre obnove.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Ogrevno drvo je najzastupljeniji energent za grejanje u vi\u0161estambenim zgradama<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ina\u010de, u strukturi potro\u0161nje energenata vidljiva je dominacija ogrevnog drveta sa gotovo 50 odsto u stambenom sektoru, dok je kod vi\u0161estambenih zgrada udeo oko 35 odsto.<\/p>\n<p>Ali, u ovim zgradama drvo je najzastupljeniji energent, ispred prirodnog gasa i daljinskih sistema grejanja, \u0161to ukazuje na potrebu zamene ovakvih ssistema modernijim re\u0161enjima koja koriste obnovljive izvore energije, navodi se u Nacrtu.<\/p>\n<h3>Dva modela subvencionisanja<\/h3>\n<p>Dokument predvi\u0111a dva modela sprovo\u0111enja mera: obnovu zgrada neo\u0161te\u0107enih u zemljotresu i o\u0161te\u0107enih u potresu.<\/p>\n<p>Prvi model predstavlja nastavak postoje\u0107eg modela iz perioda 2014-2020. i primenjiva\u0107e se u prve tri godine sprovo\u0111enja programa. Model podrazumeva osiguranje bespovratnih sredstava putem javnih poziva do 60 odsto za integralnu energetsku obnovu i 80 odsto za dubinsku i sveobuhvatnu obnovu.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Mogu\u0107e je dobiti do 80 odsto bespovratnih sredstava<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sredstava za ovaj model bi\u0107e obezbe\u0111ena delom iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti, a radi\u0107e se na finansijskog instrumenta koji \u0107e kombiniovati kredite i bespovratna sredstva iz Evropskih strukturnih i investicionih fondova (ESIF), ali po mogu\u0107nosti i privu\u0107i dodatna sredstava iz komercijalnih izvora.<\/p>\n<p>U drugom modelu mogu\u0107e je dobiti bespovratna sredstva u iznosu do 80 odsto investicije.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mere za pove\u0107anje energetske
