Srbija \u0107e 1. oktobra dobiti prve dve toplane koje koriste drvnu biomasu, u Priboju i Malom Zvorniku. Dve toplane instalisane snage 9,8 megavata (MW) umesto uglja, mazuta i prirodnog gasa koristi\u0107e drvnu se\u010dku \u0161to \u0107e smanjiti tro\u0161kove lokalnih bud\u017eeta i zaga\u0111enje \u017eivotne sredine.<\/h2>\n

Prebacivanje toplana u Priboju i Malom Zvorniku na biomasu deo je projekta „Promocija obnovljivih izvora energije \u2013 Razvoj tr\u017ei\u0161ta biomase u Srbiji“ vrednog 26,75 miliona evra, koji sprovode Ministarstvo rudarstva i energetike, nema\u010dka banka KfW i \u0161vajcarski Dr\u017eavni sekretarijat za privredne poslove (SECO).<\/p>\n

Projekat<\/a>, koji je zapo\u010deo sredinom 2017<\/a>, finansira nema\u010dka banka KfW kreditom od 20 miliona evra i donacijom od dva miliona evra, dok je SECO obezbedio donaciju od 4,75 miliona evra. Kredit ima kamatnu stopu od 1,1% odsto, dve godine grejs period i otplatu na 18 godina godina.<\/p>\n

Osim Priboja i Malog Zvornika grejanje na biomasu u okviru ovog projekta dobi\u0107e i Prijepolje, Nova Varo\u0161, Novi Pazar<\/a> i Majdanpek. Svaka od lokalnih samouprava sama otpla\u0107uje deo kredita od 20 miliona evra, a iznos zavisi od visine investicije u njihovu toplanu.<\/p>\n

Svih \u0161est toplana ima\u0107e kapacitet od 30 MW, a u Srbiji trenutno 62 toplane imaju postrojenja snage 6.000 MW.<\/p>\n

Prema energetskom bilansu za 2020, toplane u Srbiji \u0107e za proizvodnju toplotne energije najvi\u0161e koristiti prirodni gas (80 odsto), zatim mazut (11,7 odsto), ugalj (7,8 odsto) i biomasu, manje od jedan odsto.<\/p>\n

Daljinsko grejanje u Priboju potpuno preba\u010deno sa uglja i mazuta na drvnu se\u010dku<\/h3>\n

Priboj \u0107e dobiti toplanu snage osam megavata, koja \u0107e za rezervu imati dva kotla na lo\u017e-ulje od ukupno 15 MW. Sada\u0161nja toplana koristi ugalj i mazut, a nova \u0107e koristiti drvnu se\u010dku sa teritorije pribojske op\u0161tine. Investicija u Priboju vredna je 5,25 miliona evra, a radove izvodi grupa firmi na \u010dijem je \u010delu Energotehnika Ju\u017ena Ba\u010dka<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Nova toplana \u0107e prepoloviti potro\u0161nju energenata, \u0161to \u0107e doneti u\u0161tede u bud\u017eet. U skladu sa uslovima za sprovo\u0111enje projekta grejanje \u0107e se pla\u0107ati po potro\u0161nji.<\/p>\n

Priboju \u0107e ovo biti tre\u0107e postrojenje za proizvodnju toplotne energije na biomasu jer je ve\u0107 instalirao dva kotla<\/a> snage 2,7 MW. Na taj na\u010din \u0107e daljinsko grejanje u ovom mestu potpuno biti preba\u010deno sa fosilnih goriva na obnovljive izvore energije.<\/p>\n

Prirodni gas kao rezervno gorivo u Malom Zvorniku<\/h3>\n

U novu toplanu u Malom Zvorniku, koja \u0107e imati dva kotla na drvnu se\u010dku snage po 0,9 MW i rezervni kotao na gas snage 2,5 MW, bi\u0107e investirano 2,35 miliona evra. Planirano je da u\u010de\u0161\u0107e drvne se\u010dke u proizvodnji bude 95 odsto, a gasa pet odsto. Toplana sada koristi prirodni gas i nema alternativno gorivo.<\/p>\n

Radove, kao i u Priboju, izvodi konzorcijum koji predvodi Energotehnika Ju\u017ena Ba\u010dka.<\/p>\n

Mihajlovi\u0107: sve toplane u Srbiji bi trebalo da izgledaju kao ova u Malom Zvorniku<\/h3>\n

Potpredsednica Vlade i ministarka rudarstva i energetike Zorana Mihajlovi\u0107 izjavila je da \u0107e toplana u Malom Zvorniku, zajedno sa toplanom u Priboju, biti prve u Srbiji koje koriste biomasu kao energent.<\/p>\n

Toplana u Malom Zvorniku \u0107e 1. oktobra po\u010deti sa probnim radom kako bi bila spremna za predstoje\u0107u grejnu sezonu. EmisijE CO2 bi\u0107e smanjene, kako je dodala, sa sada\u0161njih 870 na 40 tona.<\/p>\n

Mali Zvornik je primer kako treba da izgledaju toplane i u drugim op\u0161tinama u Srbiji, da imamo dovoljno toplotne energije, da je efikasno koristimo i da imamo zdravu \u017eivotnu sredinu, naglasila je ona.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
