{"id":41136,"date":"2021-08-26T12:25:13","date_gmt":"2021-08-26T10:25:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/?p=41136"},"modified":"2021-08-26T18:38:39","modified_gmt":"2021-08-26T16:38:39","slug":"klimatske-promene-povecale-intenzitet-smrtonosnih-poplava-u-nemackoj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/klimatske-promene-povecale-intenzitet-smrtonosnih-poplava-u-nemackoj\/","title":{"rendered":"Klimatske promene pove\u0107ale intenzitet smrtonosnih poplava u Nema\u010dkoj"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Klimatske promene povec\u0301ale su intenzitet i verovatnoc\u0301u padavina i kafastrofalnih poplava u Nema\u010dkoj, Luksemburgu, Belgiji i Holandiji usled kojih su ovog leta stradale najmanje 222 osobe, pokazalo je istra\u017eivanje nau\u010dnika iz Evrope i SAD.<\/h2>\n<p>Eksperti iz Nema\u010dke, Belgije, Holandije, \u0160vajcarske, Francuske, Luksemburga, Sjedinjenih Ameri\u010dkh Dr\u017eava i Velike Britanije, okupljeni u okviru inicijative <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldweatherattribution.org\/about\/\">World Weather Atribution<\/a>, analizirali su u kojoj meri su klimatske promene, koje su posledica ljudske aktivnosti, promenile verovatnoc\u0301u i intenzitet obilnih padavina koje su izazvale velike poplave. Inicijativa se bavi vezama izme\u0111u ekstremnih vremenskih prilika i globalnog zagrevanja.<\/p>\n<p>Oni su se fokusirali na padavine u periodu od aprila do septembra i to na lokacijama koje su bile najvi\u0161e pogo\u0111ene, kao \u0161to su podru\u010dja Ahr-Erft u Nema\u010dkoj i du\u017e reke Meuse u Belgiji. Najvec\u0301e padavine i poplave dogodile su se od 12. do 15. jula, kada se i desilo veliko razaranje gradova i infrastrukture, kao i stradanje ljudi.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Klimatske promene povec\u0301ale su intenzitet poplava 3-19 odsto<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Izve\u0161taj otkriva da su poplave izazvane veoma obilnim padavinama tokom dva dana, \u010dinjenicom da je zemlji\u0161te ve\u0107 prili\u010dno bilo natopljeno vodom i lokalnim hidrolo\u0161kim faktorima.<\/p>\n<p>Klimatske promene povec\u0301ale su intenzitet poplava 3-19 odsto u pore\u0111enju sa globalnom klimom \u010dija je temperatura bila 1,2 stepena Celzijusa ni\u017ea od dana\u0161nje, a tako\u0111e su povec\u0301ale i verovatnoc\u0301u poplava izme\u0111u 1,2 i devet puta, navodi se u <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldweatherattribution.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Scientific-report-Western-Europe-floods-2021-attribution.pdf\">izve\u0161taju<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Poplave su sve u\u010destalije<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Maarten van Aalst, direktor Me\u0111unarodnog klimatskog centra Crvenog krsta i Crvenog polumeseca i profesor na Univerzitetu Tvente u Holandiji, rekao je da rezultati ukazuju na to da su takvi doga\u0111aji sve u\u010destaliji, preneo je Bloomberg Green. objasnio je on.<\/p>\n<p>Od 12. do 15. jula obilne padavine povezane sa poljem niskog pritiska nazvanim Bernd dovele su do ozbiljnih poplava, posebno u nema\u010dkim dr\u017eavama Severna Rajna-Vestfalija i Rajna-Palatinat, kao i u Luksemburgu, te du\u017e reke Meuse i nekih njenih pritoka u Belgiji i Holandiji.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Tra\u017eenje na\u010dina na koji se izlo\u017eenost ekstremnim vremenskim prilikama mo\u017ee smanjiti postaje najva\u017enije za smanjenje njihovog uticaja<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Svi dostupni dokazi uzeti zajedno u velikoj meri potvr\u0111uju da su klimatske promene izazvane ljudskim aktivnostima povec\u0301ale verovatnoc\u0301u i intenzitet padavina i poplava i da c\u0301e se te promene nastaviti u klimi \u010dija temperatura se sve br\u017ee pove\u0107ava, navodi se u izve\u0161taju.<\/p>\n<p>Nau\u010dnici su istakli da c\u0301e se ovakve vremenske prilike de\u0161avati sve \u010de\u0161c\u0301e, pa je tra\u017eenje na\u010dina kako se
