Fond za za\u0161titu okoli\u0161a FBiH pozvao je sve firme koje u skladu sa novim Informacionim sistemom upravljanja otpadom imaju zakonsku obavezu da se registruju i unesu podatke u ovaj sistem da to i urade do propisanih rokova koji u zavisnosti od njihovog statusa isti\u010du 31. marta odnosno 30. juna.<\/h2>\n

Obveznici registracije i izve\u0161tavanja su javna i privatna komunalna preduze\u0107a, sakuplja\u010di otpada, recikleri, uvoznici i izvoznici otpada, deponije, operatori postrojenja za obradu otpada, zatim firme koje u svom radu stvaraju otpad, kao i proizvo\u0111a\u010di, uvoznici i distributeri proizvoda koji posle upotrebe postaju posebne kategorije otpada.<\/p>\n

Informacioni sistem upravljanja otpadom Federacije BiH je pu\u0161ten u operativnu upotrebu 1. januara ove godine ( (VIDEO Uspostavljen informacioni sistem upravljanja otpadom Federacije BiH – Fond za za\u0161titu okoli\u0161a Federacije BiH)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Fond za za\u0161titu okoli\u0161a FBiH je sa UNDP-om, kao partnerom, pokrenuo pripremu Informacionog sistema upravljanja otpadom krajem 2019, u sklopu ve\u0107eg projekta „Urban LED“. Odabrani konzorcijum kompanija Eurobit Sarajevo i JLZ Sarajevo je 15 meseci radio na projektovanju Informacionog sistema, da bi ga predali na upravljanje Fondu u decembru 2020, saop\u0161tio je Fond.\"Informacioni<\/p>\n

Prema Uredbi o informacionom sistemu upravljanja otpadom obveznici izve\u0161tavanja, odnosno obveznici registracije i direktnog unosa podataka u informacioni sistem su:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Subjekti upravljanja otpadom\u00a0 \u2013 koji obavljaju jednu ili vi\u0161e aktivnosti upravljanja otpadom (kao \u0161to su javna i privatna komunalna preduze\u0107a, sakuplja\u010d otpada, recikleri, uvoznici i izvoznici otpada, deponije, operatori postrojenja za obradu otpada, subjekti koji upravljaju zelenim ostrvima i recikla\u017enim dvori\u0161tima, subjekti koji proizvode gorivo iz otpada ili koriste otpad kao gorivo, itd.);<\/li>\n
  2. Subjekti koji kao rezultat svoje delatnosti ili proizvodnog procesa stvaraju ili imaju otpad;<\/li>\n
  3. Proizvo\u0111a\u010di, uvoznici i distributeri proizvoda koji posle upotrebe postaju posebne kategorije otpada (ambala\u017ea, elektri\u010dni i elektronski proizvodi, ulja, baterije i akumulatori, gume i automobili) i koji proizvode i\/ili uvoze proizvode u BiH.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Firme iz prve dve grupe moraju da se registruju u Informacioni sistem upravljanja otpadom FBiH i dostave podatke za 2020. najkasnije do 30. juna, a iz tre\u0107e grupe najkasnije do 31. marta, saop\u0161tio je Fond, i dodao \u0107e \u0107e izve\u0161tavanje biti jedan od uslova za u\u010destvovanje na njihovim konkursima za dodelu sredstava.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
