Strategija \u0107e biti u skladu sa nacionalnim energetskim i klimatskim planom (NEKP), koji je, po ugledu na EU, <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/slovenija-ukida-upotrebu-uglja-najkasnije-do-2050\/\">zacrtao klimatsku neutralnost do 2050<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ministarstvo za infrastrukturu saop\u0161tilo je da je nacrt procene strategije zavr\u0161en. Slovenija, ina\u010de, ima dva regiona uglja Savinjsko-\u0161ale\u0161ki (SA\u0160A) i Zasavje.<\/p>\n<p>Nacrt procene, pripremljen od strane konzorcijuma koji predvodi Elektroin\u0161titut Milan Vidmar, analizirao je uticaj tri scenarija iz strategije.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Ambiciozni scenario koji podrazumeva napu\u0161tanje uglja do 2033. imao bi najmanje negativan uticaj na \u017eivotnu sredinu<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Najmanje negativan uticaj na \u017eivotnu sredinu u SA\u0160A regiji imao bi ambiciozni scenario &#8211; napu\u0161tanje uglja do 2033, ne\u0161to ve\u0107i negativan uticaj imao bi finansijski odr\u017eiv scenario &#8211; napu\u0161tanje uglja do 2038, a najve\u0107i negativan uticaj osetio bi se primenom fleksibilnog scenarija &#8211; napu\u0161tanje uglja do 2042.<\/p>\n<p>Jedina operativna elektrana na ugalj u Sloveniji &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/lokalna-samouprava-osporila-procenu-uticaja-na-zivotnu-sredinu-za-spaljivanje-otpada-u-te-sostanj\/\">Termoelektrarna \u0160o\u0161tanj (TE\u0160)<\/a> nalazi se u regionu SA\u0160A, kao i jedini rudnik &#8211; Premogovnik Velenje.<\/p>\n<p>U regionu Zasavje razlike u uticaju tri scenarija nisu toliko drasti\u010dne. U ovoj regiji nalaze se dva rudnika uglja &#8211; Trbovlje i Hrastnik, i jedna elektrane &#8211; Trbovlje, ali su svi pre nekoliko godina zatvoreni.<\/p>\n<h3>Na potezu Ministarstvo \u017eivotne sredine i prostornog planiranja<\/h3>\n<p>U nacrtu procene uticaja na \u017eivotnu sredinu navodi se da bi nesprovo\u0111enje strategije pogor\u0161alo klimatske promene.<\/p>\n<p>Nacrt predla\u017ee mere i preporuke za ubla\u017eavanje tih promena koje bi trebalo uklju\u010diti u strategiju kako bi se oja\u010dali pozitivni i smanjili negativni uticaji njene primene na \u017eivotnu sredinu, prirodu, ljudsko zdravlje i kulturno nasle\u0111e, saop\u0161tilo je Ministarstvo za infrastrukturu.<\/p>\n<p>Sada je na potezu Ministarstvo \u017eivotne sredine i prostornog planiranja koje ima rok od 30 dana da da svoje mi\u0161ljenje na nacrt. U slu\u010daju pozitivnog stava, sledi javna rasprava o strategiji i proceni. U suprotnom, Ministarstvo za infrastrukturu, zajedno sa konzorcijumom koji je pripremio nacrt, izmenic\u0301e dokument.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nacrt procene uticaja na
