U dokumentu su predstavljene mere za pove\u0107anje kapaciteta vetroelektrana na vodi 25 puta do sredine veka, na 300 gigavata, i instaliranje jo\u0161 40 gigavata pomo\u0107u drugih tehnologija za energiju iz okeana.<\/h2>\n<p>Evropska unija ima sve \u0161to joj je potrebno da se suo\u010di s potrebom pove\u0107anja investicija u kori\u0161\u0107enje energije iz obnovljivih izvora na vodi, izjavio je izvr\u0161ni potpredsednik Evropske komisije za Evropski zeleni dogovor Frans Timmermans na predstavljanju strategije za taj sektor, u kojoj se navodi da je u \u0161irenje vetroelektrana i drugih tehnologija neophodno ulo\u017eiti <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/commission\/presscorner\/detail\/en\/ip_20_2096\">800 milijardi evra.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dve tre\u0107ine sume su za mre\u017enu infrastrukturu, a predvi\u0111eno je da ve\u0107inu sredstava obezbede privatne kompanije.<\/p>\n<h3>Mora se osigurati za\u0161tita \u017eivotne sredine<\/h3>\n<p>Predlog za ekspanziju zasnovan je na ogromnom potencijalu na svim morima i <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/svetski-dan-vetra-vattenfall-gradi-najveci-svetski-vetropark-na-moru\/\">vode\u0107oj poziciji<\/a> kompanija iz EU <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/investicije-u-vetroelektrane-na-vodi-ucetvorostrucene-u-prvom-polugodistu\/\">na globalnom nivou<\/a> u ovoj delatnosti, saop\u0161tilo je izvr\u0161no telo 27-\u010dlanog bloka i ukazalo na mogu\u0107nosti za industriju, otvaranje zelenih radnih mesta i konkurentnost. Komisija je saop\u0161tila da namerava da to dopuni sa 40 gigavata snage iz energije okeana i drugih re\u0161enja u razvoju, poput plutaju\u0107ih vetroturbina i kori\u0161\u0107enja algi za proizvodnju biogoriva.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Moramo vi\u0161e da se anga\u017eujemo tako \u0161to \u0107emo iskoristiti <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/gradi-se-vetropark-od-450-mw-u-jadranskom-moru\/\">sav potencijal<\/a> vetra na vodenim povr\u0161inama i unaprediti druge tehnologije, poput energije talasa i plime i plutaju\u0107e solarne pogone. Ova strategija jasno odre\u0111uje pravac i uspostavlja stabilan okvir, a oni su od presudnog zna\u010daja za javne institucije, investitore i one koji razvijaju projekte u tom sektoru&#8220;, kazala je komesarka za energetiku Kadri Simson.<\/p>\n<h3>Evropska komisija zacrtala neophodne administrativne korake<\/h3>\n<p>Ciljevi moraju da se integri\u0161u u nacionalne morske prostorne planove, koje dr\u017eave na obalama treba da predaju do marta, saop\u0161teno je i nagla\u0161eno da \u0107e to podsta\u0107i <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/drzave-u-eu-mogu-da-ulazu-u-zelenu-energiju-u-drugim-clanicama-za-svoje-ciljeve\/\">prekograni\u010dnu saradnju.<\/a> Slede\u0107i korak je okvir unutar revidiranih pravila Transevropskih energetskih mre\u017ea (TEN-E) za dugoro\u010dno planiranje mre\u017ea u delu na vodi odnosno pod vodom i prate\u0107e infrastrukture.<\/p>\n<p>U upravo objavljen potez uklju\u010dene su predstoje\u0107e revizije smernica za dr\u017eavnu pomo\u0107 u domenu energetike i za\u0161tite \u017eivotne sredine te Direktive o energiji iz obnovljivih izvora i otvaranje programa za oporavak i izdr\u017eljivost, uz dodatno finansiranje od Evropske investicione banke i drugih finansijskih institucija.<\/p>\n<p>Horizon Europe ima zadatak da podr\u017ei istra\u017eivanje i razvoj, a treba da u\u010destvuju i drugi programi, kao \u0161to su Inovacioni fond in Modernizacioni fond, stoji u objavi.<\/p>\n<h3>Posao i mogu\u0107nosti za zemlje bez izlaza na more<\/h3>\n<p>U strategiji je nagla\u0161ena potreba da se podignu kapacitet proizvodnje i prerade i lu\u010dna infrastruktura kao i da se broj kvalifikovanih zaposlenih pove\u0107a dovoljno da zadovolji ve\u0107i obim izgradnje.<\/p>\n<p>Vetar na moru je izvor \u010diste elektri\u010dne energije koja je konkurentna i ponekad jeftinija nego od trenutnih postrojenja koje rade na fosilna goriva, ka\u017eu u komisiji. Strategija isti\u010de ulogu kopnenih podru\u010dja u kojima proizvodnja i istra\u017eivanja ve\u0107 podr\u017eavaju razvoj na ovom polju.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Rumunija ima potencijal od 22 gigavata za fiksirane vetroturbine na Crnom moru, a ukupno 94 gigavata<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>U EU je sada samo 40 megavata kapaciteta plutaju\u0107ih vetroelektrana, uz jo\u0161 13 megavata iz energije okeana u postrojenjima kao \u0161to su ona \u0161to iskori\u0161\u0107avaju talase i plimu. Plutaju\u0107e i fiksirane vetroturbine mogu da se grade i na jezerima i rekama.<\/p>\n<p>Energy Policy Group je nedavno u svojoj studiji utvrdio da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enpg.ro\/romanias-offshore-wind-energy-resources-natural-potential-regulatory-framework-and-development-prospects\/\">Rumunija sama<\/a> ima potencijal od 22 gigavata za fiksirane vetroturbine <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/za-zeleni-oporavak-eu-potpuno-spremno-minimum-hiljadu-projekata\/\">na Crnom moru,<\/a> a ukupno 94 gigavata. Me\u0111u drugim vestima, 18 organizacija i kompanija je upravo osnovalo <a href=\"https:\/\/windeurope.org\/newsroom\/news\/leading-ngos-grid-developers-and-the-wind-industry-start-new-partnership-to-ensure-the-sustainable-development-of-offshore-wind\/\">koaliciju za energetiku na vodi i prirodu.<\/a> U njoj su, izme\u0111u ostalih, WindEurope, BirdLife Europe, Climate Action Network Europe \u2013 CAN Europe, TenneT, \u00d8rsted, Vattenfall i Siemens
