Zemlje iz te grupe, pokazuje projekcija, ima\u0107e na kraju decenije najprljavije sisteme za proizvodnju struje i one bi morale da ostvare najve\u0107i napredak da bi se postigao zacrtani uspeh.<\/h2>\n<p>Nema\u010dka, Poljska i \u010ce\u0161ka ima\u0107e za deset godina udeo od 90 procenata me\u0111u sada\u0161njih 27 dr\u017eava \u010dlanica Evropske unije u proizvodnji elektri\u010dne energije iz uglja. <a href=\"https:\/\/ember-climate.org\/project\/necp7\/\">Ember<\/a> je u analizi nacionalnih energetskih i klimatskih planova izdvojio grupu zemalja koje su na putu da 2030. imaju najprljavije sisteme u toj grani privrede.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Nema\u010dka i Italija su u grupi \u010dlanica EU za koje se predvi\u0111a da \u0107e na kraju nastupaju\u0107e decenije imati najprljavije sisteme generisanja struje<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u0160tavi\u0161e, u Nema\u010dkoj i Poljskoj \u0107e se, po nalazima klimatolo\u0161kog instituta, ispu\u0161tati vi\u0161e od polovine \u0161tetnih gasova iz evropske proizvodnje elektri\u010dne energije. Proizvodnja struje iz obnovljivih izvora ve\u0107 je u tolikom porastu da bi 2030. bila 93 procenata vi\u0161a nego 2018. godine.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Poljska, \u010ce\u0161ka, Bugarska, Rumunija i Belgija su sebi u NEKP-ovima zadale ostvarivanje ograni\u010denog ili nikakvog napretka<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>U Poljskoj, \u010ce\u0161koj, Bugarskoj i Rumuniji planirano je veoma ograni\u010deno smanjenje u\u010dinka elektrana na ugalj. Belgija je s njima svima u grupi za koju se o\u010dekuje ograni\u010den napredak ili stagnacija na polju suzbijanja emisija, a pobolj\u0161anje u Nema\u010dkoj i Italiji ocenjeno je kao sporo, kad se pogledaju NEKP-ovi.<\/p>\n<p>Sedam zemalja za koje se ra\u010duna da \u0107e im sistemi biti najprljaviji bi\u0107e 2030. odgovorno za 80 procenata emisija iz elektroenergetske delatnosti, isti\u010du u Emberu.<\/p>\n<p>Za fosilna goriva se o\u010dekuje da \u0107e za deset godina biti izvor \u010detvrtine struje, a udeo uglja bi trebalo da se sre\u017ee 53 odsto u pomenutom dvanaestogodi\u0161njem periodu, \u0161to bi zna\u010dilo da Evropa ne\u0107e uspeti da iskoreni upotrebu uglja.<\/p>\n<h3>Dve balkanske dr\u017eave previ\u0161e zavise od uglja, nuklearne energije<\/h3>\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/nacionalni-energetski-i-klimatski-plan-bugarske-za-ostvarenje-ciljeva-do-2030-potrebno-427-milijardi-evra\/\">Bugarske<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/bugarska-hrvatska-rumunija-i-slovenija-koristice-ugalj-i-posle-2030-analiza-finalnih-nekp-ova\/\">Rumunije,<\/a> jedinih u Jugoisto\u010dnoj Evropi me\u0111u najgore rangiranim dr\u017eavama, analiti\u010dari su podsetili da one nemaju strategije za prestanak kori\u0161\u0107enja uglja.<\/p>\n<p>Bugarska \u0107e 2030. biti jedna od samo tri zemlje s udelom uglja u elektroenergetskom miksu iznad jedne tre\u0107ine, a njena zavisnost od fosilnih goriva u proizvodnji struje \u0107e se jedva promeniti od 2018, pokazuju podaci. Za obe dr\u017eave se o\u010dekuje da \u0107e im stope ekspanzije proizvodnje elektri\u010dne energije iz obnovljivih izvora biti me\u0111u najslabijima, a tako\u0111e su me\u0111u \u010detiri zemlje u EU u kojima rast slede\u0107e decenije \u010dak slabi.<\/p>\n<p>Uprkos molbama premijera <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/bugarska-trazi-pomoc-eu-da-prestane-da-koristi-ugalj-u-energetici\/\">Boyka Borissova<\/a> Evropskoj komisiji za pomo\u0107 u odbacivanju uglja, on je propustio da izgradi tr\u017ei\u0161te povoljno za zelenu energetiku, pa \u010dak i da za Bugarsku odredi datum prestanka kori\u0161\u0107enja uglja, izjavio je vo\u0111a Emberovog evropskog programa Charles Moore. On je ukazao na to da dve balkanske zemlje dugoro\u010dno ra\u010dunaju na nuklearnu energiju i izneo tvrdnju da je takva strategija &#8222;rizi\u010dna&#8220; i da ne vodi dovoljnom smanjenju emisija
