U poslednjem izve\u0161taju ta organizacija otkriva da potencijal obnovljivih izvora mo\u017ee da za deset godina dovede do pokrivanja 34 odsto rastu\u0107e potra\u017enje <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/proizvodnja-zelene-energije-sve-isplativija-u-poredenju-s-ugljem\/\">na isplativ na\u010din.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Godi\u0161nja u\u0161teda na ime tro\u0161kova za energente do 2030. procenjena je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irena.org\/newsroom\/pressreleases\/2020\/Oct\/Renewables-Could-Cover-More-Than-One-Third-of-Energy-Demand-in-CESEC\">u mapi puta<\/a> na maksimalnih 3,4 milijarde evra u scenariju ubrzanog uvo\u0111enja zelene energije. Me\u0111utim, mo\u017ee da se spre\u010di \u0161teta koja je mnogo ve\u0107a, a projekcija raste do 35 milijardi evra godi\u0161nje na kraju decenije. Ra\u010dunica se ti\u010de zdravlja, \u017eivotne sredine i posledica klimatskih promena.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Central and South East Europe could cover more than a third of its energy demand with renewables\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wfx9OAwXt9M?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\">U Centralnoj i Jugoisto\u010dnoj Evropi potrebna su ve\u0107a ulaganja<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>S druge strane, u istom periodu neophodno je 78 milijardi evra u dodatnim investicijama za uspostavljanje energetskog sistema koji bi znatno manje zavisio od uvoza fosilnih goriva i omogu\u0107avao konkurentne cene energenata, stoji u dokumentu izra\u0111enom za inicijativu Energetsko povezivanje Centralne i Jugoisto\u010dne Evrope (CESEC) i u ime Evropske komisije.<\/p>\n<p>Ovo telo \u010dini devet dr\u017eava \u010dlanica Evropske unije, uklju\u010duju\u0107i Bugarsku, Hrvatsku, Gr\u010dku, Rumuniju i Sloveniju, i osam ugovornih strana Energetske zajednice.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La Camera: Obnovljivi izvori su isplativ na\u010din za napu\u0161tanje fosilnih goriva<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Kad bi se zelena energija uvodila br\u017ee, to bi smanjilo emisije gasova s efektom staklene ba\u0161te za 21 odsto vi\u0161e nego \u0161to je planirano sada\u0161njim merama u Centralnoj i Jugoisto\u010dnoj Evropi \u2013 to pobolj\u0161anje je reda veli\u010dina ukupnih emisija Rumunije i Bugarske, saop\u0161tila je IRENA i pozvala na ulaganja, regulaciju i razvoj politike prema pitanju energetske tranzicije, zatim podsticaje za zeleni oporavak i otvaranje odr\u017eivih radnih mesta.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\">Gr\u010dka predvodi Balkan u verziji najve\u0107eg \u0161irenja<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Radi pore\u0111enja, trenutno se o\u010dekuje da udeo obnovljive energije u CESEC-u do 2030. poraste sa 16 odsto bruto kona\u010dne potro\u0161nje energije, koliki je bio 2015. godine, na samo 24 procenta. Me\u0111u ugovornim stranama Energetske zajednice s izuzetkom Gruzije, po\u010detni nivo je bio 10 odsto, a referentni slu\u010daj ga di\u017ee na 19 procenta.<\/p>\n<p>Najintenzivnije \u0161irenje opcija s obnovljivim izvorima u navedenih osam zemalja pove\u0107alo bi udeo u energetskom miksu na 30 procenata do 2030. godine. Na Balkanu se po toj projekciji najbolje kotira Gr\u010dka, sa 47, odsto, a sledi Hrvatska, s jednim procentnim poenom manje.<\/p>\n<p>U optimisti\u010dnom scenariju, zelena struja u Centralnoj i Jugoisto\u010dnoj Evropi ima kapacitet of 265 gigavata, u \u010demu prednja\u010di 116 gigavata u solarnim elektranama. Nivo je tom delu 2015. bio 109 gigavata.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\">Uloga regionalne saradnje<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&#8222;Obnovljivi izvori energije mogu da smanje tro\u0161kove na ime energenata u regionu, \u0161to \u0107e koristiti gra\u0111anima i industriji i unaprediti energetsku bezbednost i kvalitet vazduha i dovesti region u sklad sa dugoro\u010dnim ciljevima za dekarbonizaciju iz Pariskog sporazuma. Obnovljivi izvori tako\u0111e otvaraju zemljama mogu\u0107nost za isplativo napu\u0161tanje fosilnih goriva i pomeranje ka modernoj, izdr\u017eljivoj i odr\u017eivoj budu\u0107nosti energetike&#8220;, izjavio je generalni direktor Francesco La Camera.<\/p>\n<p>Udeo obnovljivih izvora u energetskom miksu u \u010dlanicama CESEC-a bi s ja\u010danjem kapaciteta 2030. dostigao izme\u0111u 23 i 56 odsto, otkriveno je u studiji.<\/p>\n<p>Razvoj dugoro\u010dne vizije u nacionalnim planovima ima klju\u010dni zna\u010daj i mo\u017ee biti va\u017ean prvi korak, dok bi bli\u017ea saradnja sa susedima mogla da pomogne re\u010denim zemljama da smanje tro\u0161kove i iskoriste sinergiju koju donosi regionalni pristup, ka\u017eu autori.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ukoliko zemlje
