{"id":31079,"date":"2020-06-04T17:41:20","date_gmt":"2020-06-04T15:41:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/?p=31079"},"modified":"2020-06-04T17:41:20","modified_gmt":"2020-06-04T15:41:20","slug":"epcg-moze-da-uzme-partnera-za-projekat-he-komarnica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/epcg-moze-da-uzme-partnera-za-projekat-he-komarnica\/","title":{"rendered":"EPCG mo\u017ee da uzme partnera za projekat HE Komarnica"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Elektroprivreda Crne Gore (EPCG) mo\u017ee sama da odlu\u010di da li \u0107e planiranu hidroelektranu (HE) Komarnica od 170 MW graditi samostalno ili \u0107e taj projekat raditi sa nekim partnerom, izjavila je ministarka ekonomije Dragica Sekuli\u0107.<\/h2>\n<p>Prirodno je da EPCG radi taj projekat, a da li \u0107e ga raditi samostalno ili sa patnerom to je njena komercijalna odluka, rekla je Sekuli\u0107, javili su lokalni mediji.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>EPCG tako\u0111e mo\u017ee da bira da li \u0107e uzeti kredit ili sama finansirati projekat<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Prema Zakonu o koncesijama dr\u017eava ima pravo da tu koncesiju da direktno EPCG-u, a da kompanija donese odluku o tome da li \u0107e u projekat i\u0107i sama, kao i da li \u0107e uzeti kredit ili \u0107e graditi iz sopstvenih sredstava,\u201d objasnila je Sekuli\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Kao jedan od prvih koraka ka realizaciji projekta, Vlada Crne Gore je <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/crna-gora-objavila-plan-za-hidroelektranu-komarnica-od-170-megavata\/\">nedavno utvrdila<\/a> predlog detaljnog prostornog plana za prostor vi\u0161enamenske akumulacije na reci Komarnici na severozapadu zemlje, a izabrana opcija nije najprofitabilnija ve\u0107 najmanje \u0161tetna po \u017eivotnu sredinu, navodi se u saop\u0161tenju.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Cena projekta \u0107e se znati kada do\u0111e do potpisivanja o izgradnji<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sekuli\u0107 je tako\u0111e izjavila da se o ceni projekta ne mo\u017ee govoriti dok se ne do\u0111e do potpisivanja samog ugovora o izgradnji, a da do toga treba zavr\u0161iti idejno re\u0161enje, izraditi glavni projekat i sprovesti tender, navodi se u izve\u0161tajima.<\/p>\n<p>Trenutna procena vrednosti projekta je 246,5 miliona evra, a konsultantska ku\u0107a Fidelity Consulting je nedavno skrenula pa\u017enju da je to za 60 miliona evra vi\u0161e od prethodne procene. EPCG je na to odgovorila da je prethodna procena zastarela.<\/p>\n<p>Prema ranijim izve\u0161tajima, planirana proizvodnja elektri\u010dne energije u HE Komarnica je 209 GWh
