Strani investitor se suo\u010dio sa zastojem usled regulatornih barijera i manjka izvora finansiranja za planirani blok na lignit Kosova e Re. ContourGlobal je obavestio deoni\u010dare da ne\u0107e mo\u0107i da ispuni zacrtane ciljeve na vreme i da napu\u0161ta projekat termoelektrane na Kosovu* te da se vi\u0161e ne\u0107e baviti ugljem.<\/h2>\n

Naglasak je pre\u0161ao na \u010diste tehnologije i vi\u0161e ne\u0107e biti ulaganja u ugalj, saop\u0161tio je ContourGlobal Plc. Kompanija sa sedi\u0161tem u Sjedinjenim Dr\u017eavama i listirana na berzi u Londonu obavestila je investitore u tromese\u010dnom izve\u0161taju o zaradi da je odustala od kontroverzne termoelektrane na Kosovu* od najmanje 450 megavata. U razvoju projekta postrojenja Kosova e Re, koji je trebalo da tro\u0161i pomenuto fosilno gorivo, nije mogu\u0107e ispuniti potrebne rokove, dodala je i otkrila da potpuno izlazi iz ovog sektora.<\/p>\n

Planirani sistem na ugalj zamenio bi zastarele pogone na lignit i pokrio bi polovinu doma\u0107e potra\u017enje za strujom. ContourGlobal je kao razlog naveo „politi\u010dku situaciju.“<\/p>\n

Predsednik i generalni direktor kompanije Joseph Brandt izjavio je da se premijer Albin Kurti „javno protivio projektu“ i optu\u017eio njegov kabinet da ni\u0161ta nije preduzeo.<\/p>\n

Promena politi\u010dkog ambijenta<\/h3>\n

Nova Vlada Kosova* je na du\u017enost stupila pre vi\u0161e od mesec dana. Prethodni kabinet se dr\u017eao planirane termoelektrane i nakon \u0161to ju je Svetska banka<\/a> odbacila i kasnije, kada je Energetska zajednica<\/a> pokrenula spor zbog dr\u017eavne pomo\u0107i<\/a> za projekat na Kosovu*.<\/p>\n

Parlament je po odredbama iz ugovora trebalo da do maja pru\u017ei garancije procenjene na 350 miliona evra ili da rizikuje penale od 19,7 miliona. Zasad nema informacija o bilo kakvom dogovoru dve strane u vezi s napu\u0161tanjem projekta.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
