Prerada mulja, za koji vlada razmatra mogu\u0107nosti dalje upotrebe, deo je rekonstrukcije kanalizacionog sistema u Ljubljani i okolini. Ukupni bud\u017eet je 111 miliona evra.<\/h2>\n<p>U sklopu najve\u0107eg kohezionog projekta u Sloveniji, me\u0111unarodni partneri su dobili posao instaliranja energetski efikasnog re\u0161enja za komunalno preduze\u0107e za vodovod i kanalizaciju u prestonici. Prerada mulja tehnologijom termalne hidrolize koju je Kr\u00fcger A\/S nazvao Exelys obavlja\u0107e se u pogonu C\u010cN Ljubljana, na krajnjoj ta\u010dki oblasne mre\u017ee za upravljanje otpadnim vodama.<\/p>\n<p>Veolia Environnement SA, vlasnik danske firme, postavi\u0107e opremu po sistemu klju\u010d u ruke. Kompaktno postrojenje obara koli\u010dinu suvog \u010dvrstog ostatka za 25 do 35 procenata.<\/p>\n<p>U isto vreme, proizvodnja bio-gasa u anaerobnoj preradi je 30 do 35 odsto ve\u0107a nego sa konvencionalnim instrumentima, naveli su in\u017eenjeri i naglasili da nema neprijatnih mirisa.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\">Vi\u0161e bio-gasa za procesuiranje manje materijala<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Jedinica \u0107e raditi na principu digestija-liziranje-digestija (DLD). Projektovana je za 19.400 tona rastvorene \u010dvrste materije anaerobnoj digestiji i 10.800 tona u termalnoj hidrolizi. U Kr\u00fcgeru ka\u017eu da njihova kompaktna ma\u0161inerija spu\u0161ta tro\u0161ak na digestore i da smanjuje potro\u0161nju energije na su\u0161enje materijala.<\/p>\n<p>Bio-gas je gorivo za odstranjivanje vode i grejanje digestora. Kompanija je aktivna na polju kanalizacije i prerade vode i kontrole u fabrikama za pre\u010di\u0161\u0107avanje vode.<\/p>\n<p>Ima ogranke i za savetodavne i druge usluge. Kr\u00fcger mo\u017ee da istovremeno prikuplja bio-gas iz ku\u0107nog otpada i mulja iz otpadnih voda i da ga koristi za proizvodnju struje i grejanje.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\">Skoro sva doma\u0107instva u Ljubljani priklju\u010duju se na kanalizaciju<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Evropska unija je obezbedila 69,1 milion evra za poduhvat u podru\u010dju glavnog grada, a ukupan iznos je 111 miliona evra. Prerada mulja u Ljubljani deo je sveobuhvatne rekonstrukcije kanalizacionog sistema, koji je pokrenut da bi se onemogu\u0107ilo zaga\u0111enje podzemnih tokova i reke Ljubljanice otpadnim vodama.<\/p>\n<p>Slovenija se obavezala da potro\u0161i 12,4 miliona evra, a ostatak su pokrile prestonica i okolne op\u0161tine. Bi\u0107e obuhva\u0107eno 550.000 stanovnika, dok je maksimalni kapacitet ranije bio 360.000.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Cilj projekta je podizanje penetracije kanalizacionih priklju\u010daka na 98 procenata doma\u0107instava u Ljubljani i okolini, sa 68 odsto<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Udeo doma\u0107instava povezanih na kanalizaciju ve\u0107 je narastao na 88 odsto sa 68. Ambicija za celu urbanu aglomeraciju je 98 procentata. Sama Ljubljana ima skoro 300.000 stanovnika. Vlasti su obe\u0107ale da \u0107e zatvoriti 4.500 septi\u010dkih jama.<\/p>\n<p>Grad Ljubljana projekat sprovodi preko svoje firme JP Vodovod kanalizacija snaga doo, koja \u0107e Kr\u00fcgerovo postrojenje podi\u0107i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vokasnaga.si\/o-druzbi\/centralna-cistilna-naprava-ljubljana\">do postoje\u0107eg pre\u010di\u0161\u0107iva\u010da vode.<\/a> I <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/ljubljana-osvojila-evropsku-nagradu-za-energetske-usluge-sa-resaltom-i-petrolom-newlight-dobio-specijalno-priznanje\/\">lokalna samouprava<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/nacionalni-plan-drzi-sloveniju-na-putanji-da-ukine-emisije-stetnih-gasova\/\">Vlada Slovenije<\/a> izvode <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/elektro-celje-elektro-gorenjska-i-elektro-ljubljana-se-pridruzili-konzorcijumu-eles-gen-i-za-zelenu-transformaciju-slovenije\/\">brojne mere<\/a> za unapre\u0111enje <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/ljubljana-treci-put-medu-100-top-odrzivih-svetskih-destinacija\/\">energetske efikasnosti,<\/a> podr\u0161ku proizvodnji <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/slovenija-smanjuje-birokratiju-za-male-kapacitete-iz-obnovljivih-kogeneracije\/\">energije iz obnovljivih izvora<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/rcero-ljubljana-preradi-95-otpada-koji-napravi-trecina-stanovnistva-slovenije\/\">odr\u017eivi razvoj.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\">Prerada mulja omogu\u0107ava dalje kori\u0161\u0107enje<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Tretirani mulj mo\u017ee da se iskoristi za <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/finalista-clim-konkursa-episome-zadobija-klijente-za-preradu-papirnog-mulja\/\">\u0111ubrenje.<\/a> Ipak, slovena\u010dko Ministarstvo za \u017eivotnu sredinu i prostor nedavno je saop\u0161tilo da ve\u0107i deo tog materijala koji dolazi iz doma\u0107ih pogona mo\u017ee da sadr\u017ei te\u0161ke metale, te da je zato nepogodan.<\/p>\n<p>Mulj iz otpadnih voda u sebi ima organska jedinjenja, azot, fosfor i minerale. Ve\u0107 ima iskustava u upotrebi tog nusproizvoda u rehabilitaciji prostora nekada\u0161njih kamenoloma i industrijskih kompleksa i drugde u gra\u0111evinarstvu.<\/p>\n<p>Ministarstvo je navelo da bi podr\u017ealo preradu u alternativna \u010dvrsta goriva ali da je kvalitet slab. Privremeno re\u0161enje za mulj mo\u017ee biti takozvana <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/hse-razmatra-spaljivanje-goriva-od-otpada-u-te-sostanj\/\">koincineracija,<\/a> gde bi bio dodatno gorivo u termoelektranama.
