{"id":28251,"date":"2020-02-20T16:22:22","date_gmt":"2020-02-20T15:22:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/?p=28251"},"modified":"2020-05-03T13:43:31","modified_gmt":"2020-05-03T11:43:31","slug":"hse-razmatra-spaljivanje-goriva-od-otpada-u-te-sostanj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/hse-razmatra-spaljivanje-goriva-od-otpada-u-te-sostanj\/","title":{"rendered":"HSE razmatra spaljivanje goriva od otpada u TE \u0160o\u0161tanj"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ako procena uticaja na \u017eivotnu sredinu ne poka\u017ee da je mogu\u0107 prekomerni uticaj na \u017eivotnu sredinu i zdravlje ljudi, slovena\u010dka termoelektrana (TE) \u0160o\u0161tanj slede\u0107e godine zapo\u010de\u0107e spaljivanje goriva od otpada (solid recovered fuel &#8211; SRF).<\/h2>\n<p>Projekat spaljivanja ovog goriva pokrenula je firma Termoelektrarna \u0160o\u0161tanj (TE\u0160), koja je deo dr\u017eavne elektroprivrede Holding Slovenske Elektrarne (HSE).<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Finalna odluka o projektu jo\u0161 nije doneta<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Kona\u010dna odluka o investiranju jo\u0161 nije doneta jer procena uticaja na \u017eivotnu sredinu nije gotova, naveo je HSE u saop\u0161tenju povodom predstavljanja ovog projekta, dodajuc\u0301i da je saglasnost lokalne zajednice presudna.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Projekt je predstavljen gradskim zvani\u010dnicima Velenja<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Prezentacija projekta spaljivanja goriva na bazi otpada odr\u017eana je u Velenju, gradu koji se nalazi u blizini TE \u0160o\u0161tanj. Projekat je predstavljen op\u0161tinskim zvani\u010dnicima, kao i zainteresovanim gra\u0111anima na okruglom stolu.<\/p>\n<p>U slu\u010daju da procena uticaja na \u017eivotnu sredinu poka\u017ee da je mogu\u0107 prekomerni uticaj na \u017eivotnu sredinu i zdravlje obli\u017enjeg stanovni\u0161tva, TE\u0160 nec\u0301e nastaviti sa projektom, rekao je direktor ove firme Mitja Ta\u0161ler, koji je <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/hse-imenovao-novo-rukovodstvo-u-termoelektrani-sostanj-i-rudniku-uglja-velenje\/\">imenovan u septembru 2019. godine<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Spaljivanje otpada smanjilo bi emisije CO2 za 156.000 tona<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ako analize budu u skladu sa svim propisanim ograni\u010denjima, TE\u0160 o\u010dekuje da c\u0301e probno spaljivanje po\u010deti krajem 2021. godine, a pun kapacitet trebalo bi da bude dostignut 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Spaljivanje goriva na bazi otpada je korak napred u smanjenju emisija i jedan od prvih koraka ka zelenijoj energiji, rekao je Ta\u0161ler, dodajuc\u0301i da c\u0301e projekat smanjiti emisije CO2 za 156.000 tona u odnosu na sada\u0161nje nivoe.<\/p>\n<p>Istovremeno, TE\u0160 o\u010dekuje manju koli\u010dinu nusproizvoda spaljivanja poput pepela i \u0161ljake.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Od \u0161est blokova TE \u0160o\u0161tanj \u010detiri je ve\u0107 uga\u0161eno<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ina\u010de, TE \u0160o\u0161tanj ima dva bloka, 5 i 6. Blokovi 1, 2, 3 i 4 su uga\u0161eni.
