U kogeneracijsko postrojenje sa kombinovanim ciklusom (eng. combined cycle power plant), koje bi trebalo da bude izgra\u0111eno do po\u010detka 2022. godine, bi\u0107e investirano 900 miliona kuna (120,7 miliona evra).<\/h2>\n<p>Re\u010d je, kako je saop\u0161tio HEP, o najve\u0107oj pojedina\u010dnoj investiciji kompanije u nove proizvodne objekte u poslednjih deset godina. Novi blok KKE EL-TO Zagreb se finansira <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/potpisan-ugovor-o-izgradnji-novog-postrojenja-el-zagreb-ebrd-eib-obezbedili-130-miliona-evra\/\">kreditima Evropske banke za obnovu i razvoj (EBRD)<\/a>, komercijalnih banaka i Evropske investicione banke (EIB) uz garancije Evropskog fonda za strate\u0161ka ulaganja, koji sprovodi Investicioni plan za Evropu.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Projekat finansiraju EBRD, EIB i komercijalne banke uz garancije Evropskog fonda za strate\u0161ka ulaganja<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>O\u010dekivana prose\u010dna godi\u0161nja proizvodnja je 675 GWh elektri\u010dne energije, 450 GWh toplotne energije, koju \u0107e koristiti daljinski sistem grejanja Zagreba, kao i 160 GWh industrijske pare.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Novi blok smanji\u0107e ukupnu potro\u0161nju gasa 25% i emisije CO2 za 150.000 tona godi\u0161nje<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Zahvaljuju\u0107i znatno manjoj specifi\u010dnoj emisiji CO2 koju \u0107e proizvoditi novi blok u odnosu na stari blok A, 187 grama umesto 682 po proizvedenom kilovat-satu, uz prose\u010dnu o\u010dekivanu proizvodnju, izbe\u0107i \u0107e se emisije u pribli\u017enom iznosu od oko 150.000 tona CO2 godi\u0161nje, saop\u0161tio je HEP.<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111e, smanji\u0107e se emisije SO2 za 95%, NOx za 57% i \u010destica za 84%, dok \u0107e zahvaljuju\u0107i opremi kompanije Siemens, uz stepen efiaksnosti od 90%, potro\u0161nja prirodnog gasa biti manja 25%.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Izvo\u0111a\u010d radova je italijanska kompanija FATA, \u010dlanica Danielli group<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Novi kogeneracijski blok izgradi\u0107e italijanska kompanija FATA, \u010dlanica Danielli group, s kojom je nakon tendera 2018. godine potpisan Ugovor za projektovanje, izgradnju, nabavku i monta\u017eu opreme, kao i Ugovor o dugoro\u010dnom odr\u017eavanju elektrane.<\/p>\n<p>Sve\u010danom po\u010detku gradnje prisustvovao je hrvatski premijer Andrej Plenkovi\u0107 i predsednik Uprave Hrvatske elektroprivrede Frane Barbari\u0107.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hrvatska elektroprivreda (HEP) zvani\u010dno je zapo\u010dela gradnju novog bloka u okviru Elektrane-toplane Zagreb (EL-TO Zagreb), koji \u0107e imati snagu za elektri\u010dnu energiju od 150 MW, a za toplotnu energiju 114 MW.
