Aukcije za prekograni\u010dne kapacitete za prenos elektri\u010dne energije na granici sa Bugarskom od slede\u0107e godine sprovodi\u0107e Joint Allocation Office S.A. (JAO) iz Luksemburga, saop\u0161tila je Agencija za energetiku Republike Srbije (AERS).<\/h2>\n

Dosad je na na ovoj granici raspodelu dugoro\u010dnih aukcija obavljao bugarski operator prenosnog sistema ESO, a dnevnih srpski operator Elektromre\u017ea Srbije (EMS).<\/p>\n

Promena je deo sporazuma izme\u0111u EMS-a i operatora prenosnih sistema Makedonije (MEPSO), Bugarske (ESO), Rumunije (Transelectrica), Ma\u0111arske (MAVIR), Hrvatske (HOPS) i Bosne i Hercegovine (NOSBIH) o postupku i na\u010dinu raspodele prava kori\u0161\u0107enja prekograni\u010dnih prenosnih kapaciteta i pristupu prekograni\u010dnim prenosnim kapacitetima za 2019. godinu, na koje je saglasnost dao Savet AERS-a.<\/p>\n

„Najzna\u010dajnija promena u ovoj godini je na\u010dinjena na granici sa Bugarskom na kojoj \u0107e Primenom evropskih harmonizovanih alokacionih pravila, godi\u0161nje, mese\u010dne i dnevne aukcije od 2019. godine realizovati Joint Allocation Office S.A. (JAO) iz Luksemburga preko zajedni\u010dke evropske platforme, \u0161to je od 2018. ve\u0107 primenjeno i na granici sa Hrvatskom“, saop\u0161tio je AERS.<\/p>\n

U regulatornoj agenciji ka\u017eu da se organizovanjem zajedni\u010dkih aukcija omogu\u0107ava efikasnije kori\u0161\u0107enje prekograni\u010dnih kapaciteta, u skladu sa evropskim uredbama.<\/p>\n

Zajedni\u010dke aukcije se na ovim granicama organizuju nekoliko godina unazad, po\u010dev\u0161i od 2012. na granici sa Ma\u0111arskom, pa do 2017. kada je ovakav na\u010din raspodele ustanovljen na granici sa Makedonijom.<\/p>\n

Savet AERS-a je dao saglasnost i na izmenu Pravila za raspodelu prekograni\u010dnih prenosnih kapaciteta na granicama sa operatorima susednih sistema sa kojima nisu potpisani sporazumi o zajedni\u010dkim aukcijama.<\/p>\n

Izmenom u ovim pravilima postupak raspodele kapaciteta na unutardnevnim aukcijama je uskla\u0111en sa pravilima koja va\u017ee na granicama na kojima EMS raspodelu obavlja preko zajedni\u010dkih aukcija, naveo je AERS.<\/p>\n

AERS primljen kao posmatra\u010d u Savet evropskih energetskih regulatora<\/span><\/h3>\n

Generalna skup\u0161tina Saveta evropskih energetskih regulatora (Council of European Energy Regulators – CEER) primila je, na sednici odr\u017eanoj u Be\u010du, Agenciju za energetiku Republike Srbije kao posmatra\u010da.<\/p>\n

Povodom ove odluke, predsednik CEER-a Garrett Blaney izjavio je da je to dodatni znak ja\u010danja saradnje izme\u0111u regulatora u Evropi i na Zapadnom Balkanu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
