trebalo da zabrane kori\u0161\u0107enje uglja u skladu sa unapred pripremljenim planovima, kao i da one elektrane koje su najmanje isplative budu zatvorene prve.<\/p>\n<p>Kada je jeftinije graditi nove elektrane na OIE i gas nego nove elektrane na ugalj, trebalo bi zabraniti investicije u ova druga postrojenja, smatra Carbon Tracker.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\">Zemlje sa regulisanim
