{"id":18855,"date":"2018-08-13T16:57:30","date_gmt":"2018-08-13T14:57:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/?p=18855"},"modified":"2020-05-10T22:34:28","modified_gmt":"2020-05-10T20:34:28","slug":"operater-deponije-vinca-ce-traziti-ulazak-u-sistem-podsticaja-za-biogasno-postrojenje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/operater-deponije-vinca-ce-traziti-ulazak-u-sistem-podsticaja-za-biogasno-postrojenje\/","title":{"rendered":"Operater deponije Vin\u010da \u0107e tra\u017eiti ulazak u sistem podsticaja za biogasno postrojenje"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Kada dobije gra\u0111evinsku dozvolu u okviru projekta javno-privatnog partnerstva (JPP) za saniranje deponije Vin\u010da, vrednog 330 miliona evra, firma Suez Vin\u010da Operator \u0107e aplicirati da po podsticajnim cenama prodaje energiju koju \u0107e proizvoditi budu\u0107e biogasno postrojenje snage 3 MW, prenosi eKapija re\u010di Marka Mila\u010di\u0107a, direktora Suez Vin\u010da Operator, firme u vlasni\u0161tvu francuske kompanije Suez Groupe.<\/h2>\n<p>Biogas, koji je vrsta zelene energije, \u0107e se izvla\u010diti i iz stare deponije i iz nove, koja \u0107e biti izgra\u0111ena u okviru projekta JPP, rekao je Mila\u010di\u0107, napomenuv\u0161i da \u0107e uz biogasno postrojenje biti izgra\u0111ena i spalionica otpada koja \u0107e proizvoditi energiju. Bi\u0107e potrebno oko dve godine da se izgradi ovo postrojenje instalisane snage 30 MW, a izvo\u0111a\u010d \u0107e biti francuska firma CNIM, izjavio je Mila\u010di\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Pre izgradnje spalionice, operater \u0107e \u201ehermeti\u010dki\u201c zatvoriti postoje\u0107u deponiju, \u0161to \u0107e je izolovati od daljeg uticaja na spolja\u0161njost, a spalionica \u0107e kao gorivo koristiti otpad sa nove deponije, jer otpad na postoje\u0107oj deponiji nije pogodan za spaljivanje, ka\u017ee Mila\u010di\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Prema njegovim re\u010dima, ako gra\u0111evinska dozvola bude izdata do kraja novembra ili po\u010detkom decembra, gradnja bi mogla da po\u010dne po\u010detkom 2019. godine, a plan je da 2021. ili 2022. sve bude zavr\u0161eno i da postrojenje po\u010dne da radi.<\/p>\n<p>Jedna od obaveza Grada Beograda je da izgradi branu, veliki potporni zid koji treba da zaustavi klizanje sme\u0107a ka Dunavu, ka\u017ee Mila\u010di\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Grad Beograd i Beo \u010cista Energija, 50\/50 zajedni\u010dko preduze\u0107e Suez Grupe i I-Environment Investments, zavisnog dru\u0161tva japanske kompanije Itochu, su JPP oro\u010deno na 25 godina ugovorili u jesen 2017. godine.<\/p>\n<p>Grad Beograd \u0107e \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/beograd-ce-svoj-posao-zavrsiti-kako-bi-izgradnja-postrojenja-na-deponiji-pocela-do-sledeceg-proleca\/\">svoj posao zavr\u0161iti<\/a>\u201d u skladu sa zakonskim rokovima kako bi gra\u0111evinski radovi po\u010deli do prole\u0107a 2019. godine, izjavio je u maju Goran Vesi\u0107, koji je tada bio gradski menad\u017eer, a danas je zamenik gradona\u010delnika. Vesi\u0107 je tada napomenuo i da je Vin\u010da najve\u0107i ekolo\u0161ki problem u Srbiji.<\/p>\n<p>JPP projekat, za koji je\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/grad-beograd-potpisao-ugovor-o-javno-privatnom-partnerstvu-za-deponiju-vinca-sa-francusko-japanskim-konzorcijumom\/\">ugovor potpisan krajem septembra 2017. godine<\/a>,\u00a0omogu\u0107i\u0107e zatvaranje i sanaciju jedne od najve\u0107ih aktivnih deponija u Evropi i proizvodnju toplotne i elektri\u010dne energije iz obnovljivih izvora u kogenerativnom postrojenju koje \u0107e imati kapacitet preparade 340.000 tona otpada godi\u0161nje.<\/p>\n<p>Predvi\u0111eno je da se projekat finansira zajedno sa me\u0111unarodnim finansijskim institucijama, Evropskom bankom za obnovu i razvoj (EBRD), Evropskom investicionom bankom (EIB) i Me\u0111unarodnom finansijskom korporacijom (IFC), \u010dlanicom grupacije Svetske banke, navodi se na sajtu EBRD.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kada dobije gra\u0111evinsku dozvolu u okviru projekta javno-privatnog partnerstva (JPP) za saniranje deponije Vin\u010da, vrednog 330 miliona evra, firma Suez Vin\u010da Operator \u0107e aplicirati da po podsticajnim cenama prodaje energiju koju \u0107e proizvoditi budu\u0107e biogasno postrojenje snage 3 MW, prenosi eKapija re\u010di Marka Mila\u010di\u0107a, direktora Suez Vin\u010da Operator, firme u vlasni\u0161tvu francuske kompanije Suez Groupe.
