Elise, ali i \u010damci, avioni, automobili proizvedeni su od kompozita oja\u010danih vlaknima. Ovi materijali imaju veliki uticaj na \u017eivotnu sredinu, \u0161to je samo jedan od problema koje stvaraju. Ba\u0161 tim izazovima bavi se \u0161panski startap TRC, finalista ovogodi\u0161njeg clim@ takmi\u010denja za startapove u organizaciji Fonda za zeleni razvoj (GGF).<\/h2>\n<p>TRC nudi tehnologiju koja pru\u017ea prihvatljivu ekolo\u0161ku alternativu za upravljanje kompozitima, koristec\u0301i R3FIBER, jedinstveni proces koji omoguc\u0301ava recikla\u017eu kompozitnog otpada oja\u010danog vlaknima i transformi\u0161e ga u visokokvalitetno vlakno, gorivo i energiju.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\">Izazov<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Kompoziti oja\u010dani vlaknima, uglavnom sastavljeni od vlakana i plastike, \u0161iroko se koriste u mnogim oblastima (elise vetrenja\u010da, \u010damci, avioni, automobili &#8230;), sa godi\u0161njim procentom rasta od 12 odsto. Me\u0111utim, ovi materijali, osim njihovih dobrih karakteristika, stvaraju i tri problema. Izazivaju veliki uticaj na \u017eivotnu sredinu, veoma te\u0161ko se recikliraju i imaju visoke tro\u0161kove upravljanja.<\/p>\n<p>Proizvo\u0111a\u010di kompozita imaju visoke tro\u0161kove uglavnom zbog visokih cena ugljeni\u010dnih vlakana, a\u00a0firme koje generi\u0161u ovaj otpad plac\u0301aju visoke tro\u0161kove upravljanja i ne mogu da ispune preporuke EU o cirkularnoj ekonomiji. Zbog toga se kompozitni materijali bacaju na deponije, \u010dime se gubi vredna sirovina i izaziva globalni ekolo\u0161ki problem.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-18670 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/trc-slide-500x256.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"695\" height=\"356\" srcset=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/trc-slide-500x256.jpg 500w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/trc-slide-768x393.jpg 768w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/trc-slide-300x154.jpg 300w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/trc-slide.jpg 795w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 695px) 100vw, 695px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>TRC je zapo\u010deo primenu termalne recikla\u017ee kompozita u sektoru energije vetra, s obzirom da je ova industrija ve\u0107 napravila 300.000 elisa, samo u EU, koje su zavr\u0161ile na deponijama. Tako\u0111e, svake godine se proizvede dodatnih oko 40.000 elisa kako bi se zamenile vetrenja\u010de, kojima je istekao vek trajanja.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\">\u0160ta je R3FIBER<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>TRC, S.L. nudi tehnologiju, koja obezbe\u0111uje prihvatljivu ekolo\u0161ku alternativu za upravljanje kompozitima, koristec\u0301i jedinstveni proces (R3FIBER). U toku je procedura za priznavanje ovog patenta.<\/p>\n<p>R3FIBER mo\u017ee upravljati otpadom po ni\u017eim cenama, poma\u017euc\u0301i u spre\u010davanju odlaganja na deponijama i transformaciji ovog otpada u proizvode.<\/p>\n<p>Istovremeno, zahvaljujuc\u0301i ovoj tehnologiji, TRC mo\u017ee da obezbedi firmama u industriji kompozita vlakna koja su jeftinija nego na tr\u017ei\u0161tu i imaju dobre performanse, odnosno od 70 do 90 odsto po\u010detnih mehani\u010dkih svojstava. Za pet godina, tehnologija TRC c\u0301e smanjiti emisije CO2 za 26 miliona tona.<\/p>\n<p>Tokom istog perioda, TRC c\u0301e imati fabrike na glavnim evropskim tr\u017ei\u0161tima, a\u00a0preko svog patenta obezbedi\u0107e uslove da prodre i u druge ciljane zemlje. TRC planira da se pro\u0161iri na druga tr\u017ei\u0161ta zajedni\u010dkim ulaganjima sa firmama koje se bave recikla\u017eom i kompozitima. Osim elisa, TRC reciklira kompozite iz drugih industrija kao \u0161to su delovi aviona, bicikli\u2026<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\">Pomo\u0107 firmama da izbegnu odlaganje otpada na deponije<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Tehnologija TRC poma\u017ee kompanijama da osvoje cirkularnu ekonomiju, i na taj na\u010din doprinesu \u017eivotnoj sredini, izbegavajuc\u0301i odlaganje otpada na deponijama i proizvodnju novih materijala, kao i smanjenje emisije CO2. Cilj ovog<\/em><em>\u00a0procesa je da obezbedi zelenu tehnologiju za recikla\u017eu elisa vetrenja\u010da i drugih kompozita, kojima je istekao vek upotrebe i postaju nova vrsta otpada, sa namerom da se dobiju visokokvalitetna vlakna, energija i gorivo. Novi proces c\u0301e doprineti dostizanju evropskih prioriteta vezanih za kru\u017enu ekonomiju, odr\u017eivo snabdevanje sirovinama i nisko-ugljeni\u010dnu ekonomiju.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"\">Sedam veli\u010danstvenih<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>TRC, startap nastao iz \u0161panskog Nacionalnog istra\u017eiva\u010dkog vec\u0301a (CSIC), ima sedam osniva\u010da. \u010clanovi tima su visoko kvalifikovani i imaju iskustvo u oblasti istra\u017eivanja i razvoja, privatnom sektoru, upravljanju postrojenjima i finansijama.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-18672 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/trc-contact.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"337\" height=\"235\" srcset=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/trc-contact.jpg 337w, https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/trc-contact-300x209.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 337px) 100vw, 337px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Oriol Grau, direktor TRC-a, \u010dlan je menad\u017ementa firme Enreco 2000, kao i osniva\u010d i menad\u017eer preduze\u0107a Bokes Sant Andreu.<\/p>\n<p>Ferran Grau, tehni\u010dki direktor TRC-a, je koautor nekoliko patenata, a\u00a0Felix A.
