Zemlje centralne i jugoisto\u010dne Evrope, uklju\u010dujuc\u0301i 9 \u010dlanica EU i 8 \u010dlanica Energetske zajednice, pro\u0161irile su u okviru inicijative CESEC saradnju na elektri\u010dnu energiju, energetsku efikasnost i obnovljive izvore energije. U tom cilju je ju\u010de na ministarskom sastanku u Bukure\u0161tu potpisan memorandum o razumevanju.<\/h2>\n

Ministri zemalja centralne i jugoisto\u010dne Evrope potpisali su u Bukure\u0161tu Memorandum o razumevanju kojim se dopunjuje Inicijativa o povezivanju zemalja centralne i jugoisto\u010dne Evrope (CESEC) u oblasti energetike. Inicijativa je pokrenuta u 2015. godini kako bi se omoguc\u0301ilo sigurnije snabdevanje gasom u zemljama \u010dlanicama EU u centralnoj i jugoisto\u010dnoj Evropi, a sada je ta saradnja pro\u0161irena na elektri\u010dnu energiju, energetsku efikasnost i obnovljive izvore energije.<\/p>\n

Memorandum se odnosi na zajedni\u010dki pristup u vezi sa tr\u017ei\u0161tima elektri\u010dne energije, energetskom efikasnosti i razvojem obnovljivih izvora energije. Tako\u0111e, memorandum sadr\u017ei listu prioritetnih projekata za uspostavljanje me\u0111usobno povezanih regionalnih tr\u017ei\u0161ta elektri\u010dne energije, kao i specifi\u010dne aktivnosti za podsticanje obnovljivih izvora energije i investiranje u energetsku efikasnost. Dogovoreni su i nacionalni planovi za pobolj\u0161anje trgovinskih aran\u017emana u regionu.<\/p>\n

Na sastanku su razmotreni ciljevi i projekti u sektoru gasa. Izme\u0111u ostalog, parafiran je Sporazum o dodeli sredstava iz Insutrmenta za povezivanje Evrope (CEF) za LNG terminal u Hrvatskoj.<\/p>\n

Do stabilnog snabdevanja putem saradnje i solidarnosti<\/span><\/h3>\n

Potpredsednik Evropske komisije za Energetsku uniju Maro\u0161 \u0160ef\u010dovi\u010d, koji je u\u010destvovao na sastanku, rekao je da se saradnja u okviru CESEC-a pokazala kao uspe\u0161na i dokazala pritom da je re\u0161enje u solidarnosti.<\/p>\n

„S obzirom na brzu realizaciju u oblasti gasa, pro\u0161irujemo obim saradnje u regionu na elektri\u010dnu energiju, obnovljive izvore i energetsku efikasnost. Time \u0107e se obuhvatiti sve dimenzije projekta evropske solidarnosti , tojest Energetske unije“, dodao je on.<\/p>\n

„\u0160irenjem CESEC na druge oblasti, obezbedic\u0301emo efikasan pristup alternativnim izvorima energije, promovisati konkurenciju i ni\u017ee cene, a tako\u0111e i dekarbonizovati ekonomije u regionu“, rekao je komesar za klimatsko delovanje i energiju Miguel Arias Canete.<\/p>\n

On je dodao da c\u0301e se ulagati dalji napori u cilju razvoja energetske infrastrukture u regionu.<\/p>\n

Ministar za\u0161tite \u017eivotne sredine i energetike Hrvatske Tomislav C\u0301oric\u0301 istakao je da je sigurnost i stabilnost energetskog tr\u017ei\u0161ta u susednim zemljama bitna za stabilnost i odr\u017eivost hrvatskog tr\u017ei\u0161ta. Prema njegovim re\u010dima, zato je va\u017eno \u0161iriti ideje, iskustva i pravila EU na zemlje CESEC koje se pripremaju za \u010dlanstvo u EU.<\/p>\n

Ministar rudarstva i energetike Srbije Aleksandar Antic\u0301 rekao je da memorandum garantuje da c\u0301e sve zemlje raditi na energetskoj sigurnosti i to ne samo zemalja Zapadnog Balkana, vec\u0301 i drugih zemalja koje imaju problema u snabdevanju<\/a> elektri\u010dnom energijom tokom godine.<\/p>\n

On je istakao da su projekti u okviru Transbalkanskog<\/a> elektroenergetskog koridora na vrhu liste prioritetnih projekata.<\/p>\n

„Za Srbiju je posebno va\u017eno da je EK sna\u017eno podr\u017eala projekat izgradnje interkonekcije izme\u0111u Srbije i Crne Gore, koja je deo projekta povezivanja Crne Gore i Italije putem podvodnog kabla<\/a>. Na taj na\u010din ceo region \u0107e dobiti pristup novim tr\u017ei\u0161tima elektri\u010dne energije“, rekao je Antic\u0301.<\/p>\n

Prioritetni projekti u oblasti elektri\u010dne energije u okviru CESEC-a uklju\u010duju unapre\u0111enje prenosnih kapaciteta izme\u0111u Bugarske, Rumunije i Gr\u010dke; unapre\u0111enje prenosnih kapaciteta du\u017e koridora Istok-Zapad iz Italije do Rumunije preko Balkana; elektri\u010dne veze izme\u0111u Ma\u0111arske i Srbije; infrastrukture kojim dr energetski sistemi Ukrajine i Moldavije integri\u0161u na evropsko tr\u017ei\u0161te elektri\u010dne energije.<\/p>\n

U oblasti obnovljivih izvora u zemljama CESEC-a izvr\u0161ic\u0301e se procena potencijala obnovljive energije u regionu do 2030. i 2050. godine i promovisati najbolje prakse i alati za finansiranje razvoja obnovljivih izvora energije.<\/p>\n

U pogledu energetske efikasnosti, fokus c\u0301e biti na finansiranju i kori\u0161\u0107enju finansijskih instrumenata kako bi se podstakla privatna ulaganja. Fokus \u0107e biti i na vrstama podr\u0161ke za razvoj projekata.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
