Projekat vredan 167 miliona evra treba da omogu\u0107i smanjenje emisije sumpor-dioksida (SO2) i \u010destica i omogu\u0107i Srbiji da dostigne standarde EU u domenu \u017eivotne sredine. To je prvi takav posao MHPS-a u Srbiji i drugi na prostoru Zapadnog Balkana.<\/h2>\n<p>Sporazum o izgradnji postrojenja za odsumporavanje su 9. septembra u Beogradu potpisali direktor Elektroprivrede Srbije (EPS) Milorad Gr\u010di\u0107 i izvr\u0161ni potpredsednik kompanije MHPS Jasuo Fud\u017eitani.<\/p>\n<p>Projekat je vredan 167 miliona evra a finansira\u0107e se iz zajma koji je EPS-u obezbedila Japanska agencija za me\u0111unarodnu saradnju JICA.<\/p>\n<p>Rok za zavr\u0161etak izgradnje postrojenja je 42 meseca od datuma stupanja ugovora na snagu, a japanska kompanija je saop\u0161tila da o\u010dekuje da sistem bude opertivan 2021. godine.<\/p>\n<p>Projekat \u0107e realizovati konzorcijum koji predvodi MHPS a \u010dine ga Itochu Corporation i srpska gra\u0111evinska firma MPP Jedinstvo a.d. (JDS).<\/p>\n<p>MHPS, uz podr\u0161ku svoje evropske podru\u017enice sa sedi\u0161tem u Duisburgu u Njema\u010dkoj, bic\u0301e odgovoran za upravljanje projektom, projektovanje, snabdevanje glavnim sistemima i slanje tehni\u010dkih savetnika za instalaciju. Itochu c\u0301e se uglavnom baviti komercijalnim pitanjima. JDS c\u0301e delovati kao lokalni partner za upravljanje gradnjom i gra\u0111evinarstvo, uklju\u010dujuc\u0301i projektovanje, instalaciju i lokalne nabavke.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\">Prvi projekat MHPS u Srbiji<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Sistem za odsumporavanje dimnih gasova u Obrenovcu gradi\u0107e se za \u010detiri bloka TENT A snage po 350 megavata. TENT koristi kao gorivo lignit koji ima vi\u0161i nivo sumpora i ni\u017ee kalorijske vrednosti u pore\u0111enju sa drugim vrstama uglja.<\/p>\n<p>Na blokovima A3, A4, A5 i A6 primeni\u0107e se tehnologija odsumporavanja dimnih gasova vla\u017enim postupkom, uz kori\u0161\u0107enje kre\u010dnjaka kao reagensa. Kao nus-proizvod dobija\u0107e se gips koji se mo\u017ee koristiti u gra\u0111evinarstvu, a pome\u0161an sa pepelom i za izgradnju puteva.<\/p>\n<p>To je prvi takav projekat za MHPS u Srbiji i drugi na Zapadnom Balkanu. Sli\u010dni sistemi bi\u0107e ugra\u0111eni i u termoelektranu Ugljevik, koja se gradi u Bosni i Hercegovini, saop\u0161tila je ta kompanija.<\/p>\n<p>U cilju smanjenja emisija, u termoelektrani Kostolac B izgra\u0111ena su postrojenja za odsumporavanje dimnih gasova blokova B1 i B2. Projekat vredan 130,5 miliona dolara sprovela je kineska kompanija CMEC.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\">Devet puta manje SO2<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Ministar energetike Srbije Aleksandar Anti\u0107 koji je prisustvovao potpisivanju sporazuma, rekao \u00a0je da \u0107e zahvaljuju\u0107i tom projektu emisije SO2 biti smanjene devet puta, sa oko 74.000 tona na 7.800 tona godi\u0161nje.<\/p>\n<p>MHPS je saop\u0161tio da \u0107e ugradnja FDG sistema omogu\u0107iti da se smanje emisije SO2 ispod nivoa od 200mg\/Nm\u00b3 koji je predvi\u0111en Direktivom o industrijskim emisijama (IED).<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\">Srbiji tek predstoji veliki posao<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Anti\u0107 je istakao da \u0107e Srbija, s obzirom da se u energetici oslanja na termoelektrane I ugalj, morati da stalno modernizuje svoje sistema i da ih prilago\u0111ava najvi\u0161im standardima iz oblasti za\u0161tite \u017eivotne sredine odnosno da i ispuvanjava obaveze za Enegetskom zajednicom, ali i obaveze iz Nacionalnog plana za smanjenje emisija.<\/p>\n<p>Anti\u0107 je podsetio da \u0107e Srbija u narednom periodu planira da unapredi termoblokove koje \u0107e nastaviti da koristi posle 2023. godine. Kao tri klju\u010dna segmenta je izdvojio pitanje pra\u0161kastog zaga\u0111enja, odsumporavanja i denitrifikacije.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Srbija je do sada ulo\u017eila oko 200 miliona evra u projekte kojim re\u0161ava pitanje emisija i zna\u010dajano popravlja ekolo\u0161ku situaciju, ali glavni je posao pred nama&#8220;, rekao je on. Anti\u0107 je dodao da u periodu od 2017. do 2025. godine Srbija treba da investira oko <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/eps-potpisao-ugovor-sa-agencijom-za-zastitu-zivotne-sredine-deo-projekta-vrednog-milijardu-evra-za-uskladjivanje-sa-evropskim-standardima\/\">900 miliona evra<\/a> da bi re\u0161ila preostale probleme od kojih su klju\u010dni odsumporavanje i denitrifikacija.<\/p>\n<p>Aktivisti za za\u0161titu \u017eivotne sredine konstantno pozivaju<a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/termoelektrana-najveci-zagadivac-vazduha-u-tuzli\/\"> zemlje Zapadnog Balkana<\/a> da smanje zavisnost uglja jer \u0107e im to doneti mnoge
