Na Kipru su nedavno, u jeku turisti\u010dke sezone, najavljene dve inicijative za prikupljanje i recikliranje otpada u sektoru turizma. U Pafosu, gradu na jugozapadnoj obali Kipra, po\u010dela je kampanja za uklanjanje plasti\u010dnog otpada u toj zemlji, dok je po\u010detak recikliranja otpada iz hotela u tom gradu najavljen za po\u010detak 2018. godine.<\/h2>\n

Kampanja za uklanjanje plasti\u010dnog otpada na Kipru zvani\u010dno je po\u010dela 28. juna na lokalnoj pla\u017ei u Pafosu sa ciljem da se podigne svest javnosti i poslovnog sektora o za\u0161titi \u017eivotne sredine, pre svega o problemu sme\u0107a koje zavr\u0161ava u moru, pi\u0161e Sajpres mejl (The Cyprus Mail).<\/p>\n

„Projekat je posebno usmeren na vlasnike lokala koji nude hranu i pi\u0107e, na pla\u017eama Kipra kako bi preuzeli odgovornost za za\u0161titu pla\u017ea i smanjili koli\u010dine uglavnom plasti\u010dnog sme\u0107a, koje za sobom ostavljaju kupa\u010di\u201d, saop\u0161tili su organizatori.<\/p>\n

Planirano je da se organizuje i takmi\u010denje u okviru koga \u0107e vlasici restorana i barova biti ocenjivani u upravljaju plasti\u010dnim otpadom.<\/p>\n

Projekat protiv plasti\u010dnog otpada na Kipru sprovodi Projektni i istra\u017eiva\u010dki centar Akti, nevladina organizacija sa sedi\u0161tem u Nikoziji. Projekat se sprovodi u okviru program Beyond Plastic Med <\/a>(BeMed) \u010diji cilj je re\u0161avanje problema plasti\u010dnog otpada u Mediteranu.<\/p>\n

„Moramo podi\u0107i svest kiparksog dru\u0161tva o izvorima i neposrednim posledicama odbacivanja \u00a0plastike u more uz istovremeno obezbe\u0111ivanje invoativnih predloga za re\u0161avanje tog problema“, navela je ta organizaicja.<\/p>\n

Recikliranje hotelskog otpada od 2018. godine<\/span><\/h3>\n

Nedelju dana ranije najavljeno je da \u0107e po\u010detkom 2018. godine po\u010deti da se reciklira otpad koji nastaje u hotleima u Pafosu.<\/p>\n

Predsednik pafoskog ogranka Svekiparskog udur\u017eenja hotelijera Tanos Mihaelides rekao je tim povodom da je pripremljen novi plan za upravljanje otpadom i da je predvi\u0111eno sortiranje otpada u tri kategorije: organski, neorganski i otpad pogodan za recikliranje.<\/p>\n

U tom cilju raspisan je tender koji se nalazi u zavr\u0161noj fazi izbora, rekao je Mihaelides za kiparsku agenciju CAN.<\/p>\n

On je rekao da je upravljane otpadom sastavni deo savremene turisti\u010dke industrije i da neki hoteli ve\u0107 recikliraju staklo i papir.<\/p>\n

Program \u0107e biti finansiran sredstvima EU i sprovodi\u0107e se u saradnji sa lokalnim vlastima.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
