Nova Vlada Srbije \u0107e imati zasebno ministarstvo za\u0161tite \u017eivotne sredine koje \u0107e voditi Goran\u00a0Trivan,\u00a0dosada\u0161nji gradski sekretar za za\u0161titu \u017eivotne sredine gradske uprave Beograda. Premijerka Ana Brnabi\u0107, \u010dija vlada je polo\u017eila zakletvu 29. juna, najavila je izdvajanje tog resora u zasebno ministarstvo u svom ekspozeu pred poslanicima Skup\u0161tine Srbije.<\/h2>\n

Resor za\u0161tite \u017eivotne sredine je izdvojen iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede, \u0161umarstva i vodoprivrede<\/a>. U vladama posle 2000. godine resor za\u0161tite \u017eivotne sredine je radio u okviru drugih ministarstava, a kao samostalno ministarstvo postojalo je samo u vladi Vojislava Ko\u0161tunice 2007-08.<\/p>\n

Novo ministarstvo je nadle\u017eno za inspekciju, sistem za\u0161tite i unapre\u0111enja \u017eivotne sredine uklju\u010duju\u0107i prekograni\u010dna zaga\u0111enja i klimatske promene, za\u0161titu \u017eivotne sredine u prostornom planiranju i izgradnji, za\u0161titu od velikih hemijskih udesa, buke i vibracija, jonizuju\u0107eg i nejonizuju\u0107eg zra\u010denja i upravljanje otpadom, izuzev radioaktivnim otpadom i odobrava\u0107e prekograni\u010dni promet otpada i za\u0161ti\u0107enih biljnih i \u017eivotinjskih vrsta.<\/p>\n

Ministarstvo za\u0161tite \u017eivotne sredine \u0107e biti nadle\u017eno i za sprovo\u0111enje Konvencije o hemijskom oru\u017eju.<\/p>\n

Ministarstvo poljoprivrede, \u0161umarstva i vodoprivrede je do sada radilo sa pregovara\u010dkim timom na pripremi pregovora i akcionog plana za poglavlje 27 u pregovorima o pristupanju Srbije Evropskoj uniji koje jo\u0161 nije otvoreno. Evropska komisija je ocenila da Srbija nije uskladila svoje zakonodavstvo sa propisima i standardima EU.<\/p>\n

Brnabi\u0107 je saop\u0161tila da \u0107e Aleksandar Anti\u0107 ostati na \u010delu Ministarstva rudarstva i energetike dok \u0107e Nenad Popovi\u0107 voditi novo ministarstvo za inovacije i tehnologiju.<\/p>\n

Brnabi\u0107 je objasnila da je formiranje zasebnog Ministarstva \u017eivotne sredine predlo\u017eila zbog zna\u010daja te teme u pogledu kvaliteta \u017eivota gra\u0111ana i njihovog zdravlja i obaveze koje Srbija mora da ispuni u oblasti za\u0161tite \u017eivotne sredine u procesu pridru\u017eivanja Evropskoj uniji.<\/p>\n

Novi ministar dolazi na poziciju sa zna\u010dajnim sta\u017eom u \u017eivotnoj\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Novi ministar za\u0161tite \u017eivotne sredine Goran Trivan ima iskustva sa tom obla\u0161\u0107u jer se njom bavio kao sekretar za za\u0161titu \u017eivotne sredine u gradskim vlastima Beograda. On je na to mesto postavljen 2008. godine. On ima i politi\u010dko iskustvo na nivou vlade jer je 1991. godine bio ministar omladine i sporta.<\/p>\n

Trivan je diplomirao na odseku Pejza\u017ene arhitekture \u0160umarskog fakulteta.<\/p>\n

On je radio u JP \u201dSrbija\u0161ume\u201d, kao direktor Biroa za projektovanje, planiranje i razvoj a onda ka Izvr\u0161ni direktor te kompanije.<\/p>\n

Trivan je \u010dlan Socijalisti\u010dke partije Srbije i potpredsednik je gradskog odbora te stranke za Beograd.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
