{"id":11856,"date":"2017-03-20T09:26:00","date_gmt":"2017-03-20T08:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/?p=11856"},"modified":"2018-12-07T15:29:19","modified_gmt":"2018-12-07T14:29:19","slug":"nova-irena-studija","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/nova-irena-studija\/","title":{"rendered":"Nova IRENA studija: eliminisanje emisije CO2 iz sektora energetike je mogu\u0107e"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Emisije ugljen-dioksida (CO2) koje generi\u0161e\u00a0sektor energetike globalno, mogu se smanjiti za 70 odsto do 2050. godine, a do 2060. godine i postepeno ukinuti uz pozitivne ekonomske izglede, zaklju\u010dci su najnovije <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irena.org\/DocumentDownloads\/Publications\/Perspectives_for_the_Energy_Transition_2017.pdf\">studije<\/a> koju je danas objavila Me\u0111unarodna agencija za obnovljive izvore energije (IRENA).<\/h2>\n<p>Studija &#8222;Perspektive energetske tranzicije: investicione potrebe za nisko-karbonskom energetskom tranzicijom&#8220; predstavljena je danas na konferenciji Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue 2017. Studija predstavlja \u00a0kako model promocije\u00a0obnovljivih izvora energije i energetske efikasnosti u G20 zemljama\u00a0ali i \u0161irom sveta mo\u017ee doprineti smanjenju emisija, \u0161to je potrebno da bi se porast globalne temperature zadr\u017eao ispod dva stepena Celzijusa, izbegavaju\u0107i na taj na\u010din najsurovije efekte klimatskih promena.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Pariski sporazum odra\u017eava do sada nevi\u0111enu odlu\u010dnost me\u0111unarodne zajednice da se bori protiv klimatskih promena. Fokus mora biti na dekarbonizaciji globalnog energetskog sistema jer on proizvodi skoro dve tre\u0107ine emisija gasova sa efektom staklene ba\u0161te,&#8220; rekao je Adnan Z. Amin, generalni direktor IRENA-e.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Tako\u0111e, ekonomska komponenta energetske tranzicije nikada nije bila ja\u010da. \u0160irom sveta danas se grade postrojenja koja koriste obnovljive izvore energije i koja \u0107e proizvoditi elektri\u010dnu energiju uz tro\u0161kove koji su manji u odnosu na postrojenja koja koriste fosilna goriva. Do 2050. godine, dekarbonizacija mo\u017ee biti gorivo odr\u017eivog ekonomskog razvoja, a mo\u017ee otvoriti vi\u0161e novih radnih mesta u sektoru obnovljivih izvora energije. Nalazimo se u dobroj poziciji da izvr\u0161imo transformaciju globalnog energetskog sistema, ali uspeh \u0107e zavisiti od brzine reagovanja, jer \u0107e odlaganje podi\u0107i tro\u0161kove dekarbonizacije&#8220;, dodao je Amin.<\/p>\n<p>I dok su ukupne investicije potrebne za dekarbonizaciju energetskog sektora zna\u010dajne i iznose 29 triliona ameri\u010dkih dolara do 2050. godine, to i dalje \u010dini mali deo (0.4%) globalnog BDP-a. Dalje, makroekonomska analiza koju je uradila IRENA sugeri\u0161e da takva investicija stimuli\u0161e razvoj, koji zajedno sa drugim razvojnim politikama\u00a0mo\u017ee da:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Podigne globalni BDP za 0.8% do 2050. godine;<\/li>\n<li>Otvori nova radna mesta u sektoru obnovljivih izvora energije koja bi po broju prema\u0161ila broj\u00a0uga\u0161enih radnih mesta u industriji fosilnih goriva, a novi poslovi bi se tako\u0111e kreirali u segmentu energetske efikasnosti itd. i<\/li>\n<li>Unapredi kvalitet \u017eivota ljudi kroz va\u017ene dodatne pogodonosti u \u017eivotnoj sredini i zdravlju zahvaljuju\u0107i smanjenju \u00a0zaga\u0111enja vazduha.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2015. godine u \u010ditavom svetu sektor energetike proizveo\u00a0je 32 gigatone (Gt) ugljen-dioksida. Izve\u0161taji navode da \u0107e emisije morati da se smanjuju u kontinuitetu do nivoa od 9.5 Gt do 2050. godine da bi se globalno zagrevanje dr\u017ealo do\u00a0nivoa od dva stepena iznad preindustrijskih temperatura. 90% smanjenja emisije\u00a0CO2 mo\u017ee se posti\u0107i promocijom obnovljivih izvora i unapre\u0111enjem energetske efikasnosti.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\">80% elektri\u010dne energije iz obnovljivih izvora do 2050.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Iz obnovljivih izvora energije danas se na globalnom nivou dobija 24% proizvodnje elektri\u010dne energije. Izve\u0161taj navodi da bi se dekarbonizacija ostvarila, potrebno je da se do 2050. godine 80% elektri\u010dne energije dobija iz obnovljivih izvora.<\/p>\n<p>Izve\u0161taj tako\u0111e obja\u0161njava da tranzicija energetskog sektora treba da obuhvati ne samo sektor proizvodnje elektri\u010dne energije ve\u0107 i krajnje korisnike u drugim sektorima. Najve\u0107i udeo u proizvodnji elektri\u010dne energije do 2050. godine treba da \u010dine obnovljivi izvori energije, a tranzicija treba da se bazira na brzom rastu solara i vetroenergije u kombinaciji sa pametnim\u00a0mre\u017eama i novim operativnim praksama. Tako\u0111e, zgradama, industriji i sektoru transporta potrebno je vi\u0161e bioenergije i elektri\u010dne energije iz obnovljivih izvora energije koji zamenjuju konvencionalnu energiju. Elektri\u010dna vozila treba da postanu dominantan tip automobila do 2050. godine. Proizvodnja te\u010dnih biogoriva mora se udesetostru\u010diti. Energetski visokoefikasne zgrade trebalo bi da postanu norma. Masovnija primena toplotnih pumpi se mora ubrzati, a \u010dak 2 milijarde zgrada bi\u0107e potrebno renovirati ili ponovno izgraditi.<\/p>\n<p>Izve\u0161taj upu\u0107uje poziv da se donesu politike koje \u0107e kreirati stimulativni okvir i koje \u0107e redizajnirati energetska tr\u017ei\u0161ta. Ja\u010di cenovni signali, kao i naplata zaga\u0111ivanja kroz emisije \u0161tetnih gasova u kombinaciji sa drugim merama mogu doprineti kreiranju uslova za jednu fer utakmicu na energetskom tr\u017ei\u0161tu. Izve\u0161taj tako\u0111e nagla\u0161ava da je va\u017eno uzeti u obzir i potrebe onih koji nemaju pristup elektri\u010dnoj
