Grad Ni\u0161 bi\u0107e jedan od prvih gradova u Srbiji u kojem \u0107e se realizovati projekat sakupljanja i prerade otpadnih voda. U Srbiji je trenutno u ovoj oblasti veoma lo\u0161a situacija \u2013 prera\u0111uje se samo 5-10 odsto otpadnih voda. Do 2041. potrebno je izgraditi 320 postrojenja za pre\u010di\u0161\u0107avanje da bi se dostigli standardi Evropske unije u za\u0161titi \u017eivotne sredine.<\/h2>\n

Po\u010detak pripreme tehni\u010dke dokumentacije za ovaj projekat ozvani\u010den je, u sredu 15. marta potpisivanjem Memoranduma o razumevanju (MoR) izme\u0111u Ministarstva poljoprivrede i za\u0161tite \u017eivotne sredine i Grada Ni\u0161a, dok je po\u010detka radova planiran za 2019. godinu.<\/p>\n

Pripremu tehni\u010dke dokumentacije finansira Vlada \u0160vedske kroz \u0160vedsku agenciju za me\u0111unarodni razvoj i saradnju SIDA, a u okviru programa \u201ePodr\u0161ka razvoju infrastrukture u oblasti za\u0161tite \u017eivotne sredine\u201d (PEID).<\/p>\n

Kako je istakao gradna\u010delnik Ni\u0161a, sistem za prikupljanje i preradu vode \u00a0trebalo bi da omogu\u0107i pre\u010di\u0161\u0107avanje otpadnih voda i da se vi\u0161e od 20.000 tona mulja ukloni iz reke Ni\u0161ave. Za sada je ura\u0111ena Studija izvodljivosti, koju je prihvatilo gradsko ve\u0107e grada Ni\u0161a, \u010dime su ste\u010deni uslovi za pripremu i kompletiranje tehni\u010dke dokumentacije sa tenderom. Naredni korak bi\u0107e priprema tehni\u010dke dokumentacije kroz PEID program.<\/p>\n

Ova dokumentacija podrazumeva slede\u0107e segmente – postrojenje za pre\u010di\u0161\u0107avanje otpadnih voda (PPOV) Ni\u0161,\u00a0 dodatni tretman mulja, glavni kolektori do postrojenja,\u00a0 rekonstrukcija kolektora u Ni\u0161u,\u00a0 pro\u0161irenje kolektorske mre\u017ee\u00a0 i postrojenje za pre\u010di\u0161\u0107avanje pitke vode Medijana \u2013 tretman vode od pranja filtera.<\/p>\n

\u201cProjekat u Ni\u0161u obuhvata 6 zna\u010dajnih infrastrukturnih komponenti, \u010dija je procenjena vrednost preko 50 miliona evra,\u201d rekla je Stana Bo\u017eovi\u0107, dr\u017eavna sekretarka Ministarstva poljoprivrede i za\u0161tite \u017eivotne sredine.<\/p>\n

U Srbiji se prera\u0111uje samo 5-10% otpadnih voda, a do 2041. godine ovaj segment treba da se usaglasi sa evropskim direktivama, kao i da se izgradi 320 postrojenja za pre\u010dip\u0107avanje otpadnih komunalnih voda. Vi\u0161e od 50% industrijskih postrojenja u Srbiji ne pre\u010di\u0161\u0107ava otpadne vode, jer nema sisteme za pre\u010di\u0161\u0107avanje. Ni Beograd, kao grad sa vi\u0161e od dva miliona stanovnika, nema postrojenje za pre\u010di\u0161\u0107avanje otpadnih voda koje se ulivaju u Dunav. Srbija se danas nalazi pri dnu lestvice evropskih zemalja u pogledu komunalne opremljenosti dok su brojne poplave koje su u prethodnom periodu pogodile Srbiju dodatno uticale na ovaj sektor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
