Firma Sekvester kojoj je EPS poverio posao\u00a0o\u010ditavanja brojila tako\u0111e \u0107e biti ka\u017enjena, najavljuju \u010delnici ovog preduze\u0107a.<\/h2>\n<p>EPS je do sada primio 1.880 prigovora za pogre\u0161no ispostavljene decembarske ra\u010dune, prema re\u010dima vr\u0161ioca du\u017enosti direktora EPS-a Milorada Gr\u010di\u0107a. On to smatra zanemarljivim kada se uzme u obzir da korisnika ima ukupno 3,6 miliona.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDefinitivno je u pojedinim slu\u010dajevima bilo gre\u0161aka i nepravilnosti, kao i gre\u0161aka i nemara i u okviru samog postupka o\u010ditavanja\u201d, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.novosti.rs\/vesti\/naslovna\/ekonomija\/aktuelno.239.html:646256-Strujni-udar-na-8-fotelja\">rekao je Gr\u010di\u0107 za medije<\/a>. On je dodao da \u0107e Sekvester snositi finansijske posledice u skladu sa ugovorom, ali nije precizirao kakve \u0107e one biti.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon reorganizacije i spajanja pet distribucija u jednu, EPS u maju 2016. godine raspisuje centralizovani tender za o\u010ditavanje svih 3,5 miliona brojila na teritoriji cele Srbije.<\/p>\n<p>Kompanija Sekvester predvodi konzorcijum koji je 2016. godine pobedio na tenderu za o\u010ditavanje 3.5 miliona brojila, koji je EPS raspisao u maju pro\u0161le godine nakon spajanja pet distribucija u jednu. Konzorcijum je ponudio cenu od 39,99 dinara po o\u010ditanom brojilu, \u0161to je iznad tada aktuelne cene za ovu vrstu usluge koja se kretala izme\u0111u 10 i 30 dinara, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.javno.rs\/istrazivanja\/racuni-za-struju-ocitavanje-skuplje-i-losije\">prema istra\u017eivanju BIRN-a<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Rok za podno\u0161enje reklamacija je do kraja januara. Prigovori se mogu uputiti pisanim putem ili li\u010dno na \u0161alteru. Gr\u010di\u0107 tvrdi da \u0107e svaki ra\u010dun biti proveren \u010dak i bez \u017ealbe. Ako se utvrdi da je do\u0161lo do gre\u0161ke, korisnici \u0107e biti obe\u0161te\u0107eni u ra\u010dunima za januar. Ali ako ne plate decembarski ra\u010dun, a ispostavi se da je bio ispravno obra\u010dunat, mora\u0107e da plate kamatu.<\/p>\n<p>U EPS-u ka\u017eu da postupak unutra\u0161nje kontrole jo\u0161 traje, a direktor Gr\u010di\u0107 je rekao da broj smenjenih direktora nije kona\u010dan. Komisija za za\u0161titu konkurencije najavila je da \u0107e ispitati slu\u010daj uve\u0107anih ra\u010duna da bi utvrdila da li je bilo zloupotrebe dominantnog polo\u017eaja na tr\u017ei\u0161tu.<\/p>\n<p>Predsednik Nadzornog odbora EPS-a Branko Kova\u010devi\u0107\u00a0gostuju\u0107i na\u00a0Radio-televiziji Srbije ukazao je na problematiku nabavke pametnih brojila u EPS-u. &#8222;Da su pametna brojila instalirana, ne bi bilo \u0161anse da do ovakvih gre\u0161aka do\u0111e&#8220;, rekao je Kova\u010devi\u0107 i dodao da je u nekoliko navrata tender raspisivan, ali da se nabavka jo\u0161 nije realizovala.<\/p>\n<p>U poslednjih nekoliko meseci EPS se suo\u010dava sa brojnim problemima. Savet Komisije za za\u0161titu konkurencije odlu\u010dio je krajem 2016. da EPS Distribucija mora da plati <a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/eps-placa-milionsku-kaznu-zbog-zloupotrebe-monopola\/\">kaznu od 330 miliona dinara<\/a> zbog zloupotrebe dominantnog polo\u017eaja na tr\u017ei\u0161tu.
