{"id":10514,"date":"2016-12-21T13:57:18","date_gmt":"2016-12-21T12:57:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/?p=10514"},"modified":"2019-07-09T10:24:19","modified_gmt":"2019-07-09T08:24:19","slug":"najtoplija-godina-na-arktiku","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/najtoplija-godina-na-arktiku\/","title":{"rendered":"Najtoplija godina na Arktiku &#8211; brzina promena odgovara predvi\u0111anjima najve\u0107ih pesimista"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>Pi\u0161e: Vladimir \u0110ur\u0111evi\u0107, Institut za meteorologiju Fizi\u010dkog fakulteta Univerziteta u Beogradu<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Ubrzano topljenje leda na Arktiku nije iznena\u0111enje za nau\u010dnu zajednicu, ali brzina kojom se promene odvijaju odgovara predvi\u0111anjima najve\u0107ih pesimista i predmet je zabrinutosti i u nau\u010dnim krugovima.<\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"\">Proces ubrzanog topljenja leda na Arktiku<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Ubrzano topljenje leda na Severnom polu, odnosno Arktiku, deo je procesa koji je me\u0111u klimatolozima poznat kao \u201eArkti\u010dka amplifikacija\u201c, \u010dime se ozna\u010dava ubrzano zagrevanje ovog dela planete u odnosu na globalni prosek.<\/p>\n<p>Zbog neprestanog porasta koncentracije gasova staklene ba\u0161te, na prvom mestu ugljen-dioksida (CO<sub>2<\/sub>) usled antropogenih emisija ovog gasa, dugoro\u010dno gledano, Zemlja postaje sve toplija, \u0161to dovodi do kontinuiranog smanjenja ukupne mase svih velikih ledenih plo\u010da, a to su Arktik, Grenland i Antarktik.<\/p>\n<p>Topljenje Arktika je specifi\u010dno, jer se led na Severnom polu nalazi na povr\u0161ini okeana, pa pri njegovim topljenju imamo sve ve\u0107u povr\u0161inu okeana koja je izlo\u017eena direktnim Sun\u010devim zracima \u010dime se zna\u010dajno naru\u0161ava lokalni bilans dolazne i odlazne energije. U situaciji kada imamo led na povr\u0161ini, ve\u0107i deo Sun\u010devih zraka koji dospe do povr\u0161ine leda ne bude apsorbovan ve\u0107 bude reflektovan natrag u kosmos, zbog velikog albeda leda, odnosno njegove osobine da reflektuje ovo zra\u010denje. To dovodi do jo\u0161 ve\u0107eg topljenja leda, \u010dime jo\u0161 ve\u0107a povr\u0161ina okeana ostaje bez leda i izlo\u017eena Suncu, pa tako u okviru ovog procesa imamo povratni mehanizam koji \u201ehrani\u201c sam sebe.<\/p>\n<p>Ina\u010de, pored ovog procesa ubrzanom nestajanju leda doprinosi i zagrevanje vode okeana, a donekle i promene u cirkulaciji severnih mora, koje omogu\u0107avaju lak\u0161i priliv tople vode s juga u ove oblasti, \u0161to je izme\u0111u ostalog doprinelo i ovogodi\u0161njem rekordnom minimumu leda za mesec novembar.<\/p>\n<p>Ovakav razvoj situacije, i fenomen Arkti\u010dke amplifikacije, klimatolozi su predvideli jo\u0161 u prvim radovima koji su se bavili globalnim zagrevanjem usled mogu\u0107eg porasta koncentracije ugljen-dioksida, i koji su objavljivani sedamdesetih i osamdesetih godina pro\u0161log veka, pa ovakav razvoj situacije \u010diji smo svedoci danas nije veliko iznena\u0111enje. Zbog ovog procesa, zagrevanje Severnog pola je danas skoro dvostruko br\u017ee od globalnog proseka. Ono \u0161to zabrinjava jeste da se dana\u0161nja osmotrena brzina nestanka leda uglavnom poklapa s najpesimisti\u010dkijim predvi\u0111anjima. Upravo se ovaj fenomen \u010desto koristi kao primer da procene iznete u izve\u0161tajima Me\u0111uvladinog panela o klimatskim promenama (IPCC) u mnogim slu\u010dajevima mogu biti ocenjene kao konzervativne, s obzirom na to da finalni zaklju\u010dci u ovim izve\u0161tajima obi\u010dno le\u017ee negde izme\u0111u najpesimisti\u010dkijih i najoptimisti\u010dkijih predvi\u0111anja. Ona se osloba\u0111a pri sagorevanju, vazdu\u0161nim strujama se prenosi na velike udaljenosti, i kona\u010dno deponuje na povr\u0161ini leda. Deponovanjem \u010da\u0111i, refleksivnost leda se tako\u0111e smanjuje, \u0161to dovodi do njegovog lak\u0161eg topljenja. Ina\u010de, u na\u0161oj zemlji malo je poznato da je zna\u010dajan doprinos razumevanju ovog procesa jo\u0161 sedamdesetih godina pro\u0161log veka dao Tihomir Novakov, nau\u010dnik poreklom iz Srbije.<\/p>\n<p>Kao i mnogi procesi izazvani globalnim otopljavanjem, i proces topljenja arkti\u010dkog leda je nepovratan, u vremenskim razmerama u kojima mo\u017eemo sagledavati razvoj globalnog dru\u0161tva. Naime, ako bi sutra na\u0161e emisije \u0161tetnih gasova postale jednake nuli, trenutna anomalija srednje globalne temperature, pa i sve promene koje nju prate, ostale bi prisutne decenijama u budu\u0107nosti. \u010cak bi globalna temperatura jo\u0161 neko vreme i rasla, s obzirom na to da pojedini delovi klimatskog sistema jo\u0161 nisu \u201epode\u0161eni\u201c na energetski disbalans koji imamo danas. Razlog za ovo je \u010dinjenica da je ugljen-dioksid, \u010dija je pove\u0107ana koncentracija uzro\u010dnik svega, veoma inertan gas. Prirodni procesi koji bi njegovu koncentraciju u atmosferi mogli smanjiti na predindustrijske vrednosti, vr\u0161e\u0107i njegovu \u201eekstrakciju\u201c iz atmosfere i preme\u0161taju\u0107i ga u neki drugi deo klimatskog sistema, kao \u0161to je tlo ili duboki okean, su veoma spori, pa je procena da su potrebne stotine, ako ne i hiljade godina da se koncentracija ugljen-dioksida prirodnim procesima vrati na predindustrijske vrednosti. U tom smislu, sve dok koncentracije ugljen-dioksida ne budu po\u010dele da se smanjuju u atmosferi, ne\u0107emo videti permanentno \u201eoporavljanje\u201c arkti\u010dkog leda.<\/p>\n<p>Naravno, ako govorimo o desetinama hiljada godina, drugi, za klimu zna\u010dajni procesi kao \u0161to su Milankovi\u0107evi ciklusi, mogu preovladati i omogu\u0107iti da koli\u010dina leda na Severnom polu po\u010dne da raste. Me\u0111utim, vremenske razmere koje se mere desetinama hiljada godina nisu ohrabruju\u0107e u smislu problema s kojim se danas suo\u010davamo.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\">Povla\u010denje permafrosta i \u0161irenje tundre<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Ubrzano zagrevanje Arktika sa sobom nosi jo\u0161 jednu opasnost, a to je otapanje permafrosta, tj. zale\u0111ene zemlje unutar severnog polarnog kruga. Velike koli\u010dine metana, jo\u0161 jednog od gasova staklene ba\u0161te, ali i ugljen-dioksida, koji su zarobljeni u permafrostu, mogu biti oslobo\u0111eni njegovim ubrzanim topljenjem, \u010dime bi dodatno porasla njihova koncentracija u atmosferi, i \u0161to bi doprinelo daljem zagrevanju planete. Ovo je jo\u0161\u00a0 jedan primer pozitivne povratne sprege u sistemu, koja omogu\u0107ava dodatno zagrevanje. Prime\u0107ene su i promene u broju sitnih sisara poput arkti\u010dke rov\u010dice (<em>Sorex arcticus<\/em>), koji se \u0161ire na sever u sve ve\u0107em broju. Rov\u010dice sa sobom donose i parazite, \u0161to sve zajedno doprinosi \u0161irenju sve raznolikije faune ka severu.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\">Promene uo\u010dljive i na Antarktiku<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Kao \u0161to je pre vi\u0161e od trideset godina bilo poznato da \u0107e proces Arkti\u010dke amplifikacije voditi ka ubrzanom smanjenju leda na Severnom polu, tako se znalo i da \u0107e promene na Ju\u017enom polu biti zna\u010dajno druga\u010dije i da ne\u0107e biti tako dramati\u010dne, bar ne u prvoj polovini ovog veka. Jedan od va\u017enijih razloga za razliku u dinamici leda na Arktiku i Antarktiku, jeste \u010dinjenica da je led na Ju\u017enom polu uglavnom stacioniran na kopnu, dok na Severnom polu on pluta na povr\u0161ini okeana.<\/p>\n<p>Jedan od sve\u017ee objavljenih radova, koji je na osnovu brodskih dnevnika rekonstruisao povr\u0161ine pod ledom tokom prvih ekspedicija ka Ju\u017enom polu, pokazao je da su dana\u0161nje povr\u0161ine pod ledom oko 14% manje u odnosu na perod s po\u010detka dvadesetog veka. S druge strane, dana\u0161nja merenja sa satelita pokazuju da njegova povr\u0161ina bele\u017ei blagi rast tokom poslednjih decenija, ali da se s druge strane ukupna masa leda na Ju\u017enom polu polako smanjuje.<\/p>\n<p>Na osnovu ovoga mo\u017eemo re\u0107i da su ove promene uglavnom u okviru varijabilnosti usled prirodnih procesa, i da globalno otopljavanje jo\u0161 nije preuzelo primat u de\u0161avanjima na ovom delu planete. Dalji porast srednje globalne temperature sigurno bi doveo do ubrzanog topljenja i ovog leda, ali se nadamo da do ovoga ne\u0107e do\u0107i ukoliko me\u0111unarodni napori i Pariski sporazum omogu\u0107e prestanak daljeg rasta koncentracija gasova\u00a0 staklene ba\u0161te, odnosno ubrzano smanjivanje njihovih antropogenih emisija u godinama koje dolaze. Naime, zna\u010dajno topljenje leda na Ju\u017enom polu, s obzirom na to da se ve\u0107i deo nalazi na kopnu, dovelo bi do porasta srednjeg nivoa globalnog okeana od nekoliko metara, \u0161to je jedna od najve\u0107ih pretnji savremenom dru\u0161tvu.
